So he left it at the house when he went out to roam the property with Paul and didn't pick it up again until he got to the house to "wake up from his nap" and go see his mom.
Shows intent imo

Is the jury unhappy that judge himself elected the foreperson rather than allowing the jury to elect foreperson? Judge stated the jury sent him a note saying they had already elected a foreperson and apparently it isn't the one judge named.

Will probably stick with posting Cathy's tweets going forward; however, that may change/vary depending on the tweets going forward. :) Don't forget to stop by our cocktail lounge car and to tip the Bartender who is doing fabulous work.
With today's defense antics I just opened up the bottles and tossed the caps, cheers sleuths...lol

Thinking the chosen foreperson wasn't up for the role?.

Maggie and Paul had no idea....

...this hurts.

It's justice.

But so sad.... to watch the killer maneuver toward his targets....

Good choice imo. Some of the other tweeters lean towards their own opinions rather than sticking exclusively to facts. just my opinion.

Clearly jury is surprised they were not allowed to elect their own foreperson. IMO, maybe judge should have alerted jury at beginning of trial to his policy of naming the jury's foreperson himself.
my opinion only

It's kind of sad seeing the timeline of phone events leading up to the killings.
They had no idea...MOO.

How is the defense going to get out of this? This is a great timeline. They may have an Expert-expert to say these things are 100% accurate.
