That Paul's own snapchat video of Rogan's dog that captured him, Maggie and Alex and nobody else is a key element that proves that he was there at the kennels right at the time of murders and will help convict him IMO, is divine intervention.

Alex brought down by Paul is justice for him and Maggie.

MOO

Yes

It is the smoking gun. Literally the killer on video. What more could you want.

Why the flip did DH even allow him to do the phone interview if he really believed this. Another DH bait and switch.
Another classic DH!

I think it was simply because Buster wasn’t there. If he had been I think he’s dead too.

I agree. Somehow, getting Buster together with the other two must have posed some challenges. Nothing in evidence that I know of has pointed to Alec trying to get Buster to come over (might have further aroused Maggie's suspicions).

But yes, if he had been at the kennel, I do believe he'd be dead as well.

IMO.

Then where is Busters “Aha!” moment? You know the one where he realizes his dad is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

I apologize for being so mean but IMO, MM and PM were unlucky that he didn't.
You are right, I didn't even consider them in my statement. I should have been more thoughtful.

Maybe when they got together that evening, (and being unaware of the financial crimes), Maggie and Paul confronted Alex and said enough is enough, time to end these drug shenanigans, we’re going to tell your brothers, law partners, dad, etc., unless you agree to go inpatient for rehab.

Maybe that was the trigger. It was certainly on Paul’s mind in May.

Theres no evidence to support this notion, but it crossed my mind.

I wonder if someone at General Motors realized that AM and PMPED made most of their money suing large corporations, like GM.

So Alex is a family annihilator isn’t he? All about money. Ugh.

Buster got out of Dodge, went to college and seemed to have stayed away from the [dysfunctional] household once he had the opportunity. Good for him.

^^bbm

AM likely hoped his fraudulent transfers of their property to MM's would be protected from AM's financial crimes.

Clearly, MM was not exempt from the boat case as her estate was sued by Beach Family in the wrongful death claim and MM's estate is the only party that's settled thus far. Also, Beach released Buster from the suit. AM and the estate of PM are still defendants in the case. MOO
My question then is did Alex believe her assets would be safe? Would have have been safe if she were alive? Did they allow her estate to be sued because it would go to Alex?

If I heard correctly, they proved that Maggie's phone was moving at ~40 mph at the same time as the Suburban was moving ~40 mph and at the same location. Correct?
I didn't think Maggie's phone would indicate how fast it was moving while being transported in a car.

I'm getting the feeling Rudofski doesn't care for this defense attorney and is not prepared to take any crap from him.
