I would have asked him only one question, "do you love your dad?"

No further questions.

Oh no - acoustics - rifles shots can be hard to hear - especially when your the one pulling the trigger.
The only thing one can't hear is the shot that kills you. In the service if we were hearing reports then the sound of a rounds zipping by, sure sign we were still kicking and in the fight.

He would have answered yes

MP was getting all her information about the boat crash from her beloved sister. MM would have told her PM was not driving and if she still had issues with the locals, probably claimed they were trying to pin it on him to get money out of the wealthy Murdaughs.

MP loved them both. MM and PM were her sources of information. I can understand why she saw things only from their side.
MP never said she believed it -- only that MM told her PM was not piloting the boat.

ETA: IMO, MM slipping into the back seat of Anthony Cook's mother's truck at the waterfront wasn't any different than how AM tried to influence Ms. Smith's testimony.

The Murdaugh family stuck together and used the same antics. Also, we heard BM in his jail call with AM flip his nose at being named in the Beach lawsuit (which he suddenly couldn't recall during his testimony).

It really fires me up when they talk about MM feeling ostracized around Hampton and having to change her shopping habits when they brought much of this reaction from the community upon themselves. As if the young boating passengers didn't suffer enough -- they were also direct subjects of the Murdaugh cover-up machine. MOO

Oh this should be interesting to me, please don't give me no magic JFK bullets.
Do you think the bar needs restocked? ;)

Was the noise these shooting made been brought up by the prosecution? What does acoustics have to do with this?

I'm thinking it's hard to hear gunfire at a distance from the kennels if you shot in close quarters there moments before.

No wonder Alec didn't hear the murders from the house. His ears were ringing from the percussion. From firing the weapons.

Sheesh.

I don't understand what the defense hopes to gain with this witness.... just grasping at straws and deflecting.

I know they have to put on their case, but too much minutiae reads as grasping to me. My ears hear, this is all we have. And, to be fair, it may be.

I was just going to ask what is the point of this quail pen bullet testimony?

So did I miss it. Was the defense expert Sutton ever declared an expert for this trial?
He seems more like he was hired to just blah blah but actually say nothing.

Lying is thirsty work for Buster.
BM looked nervous and jumpy on cross (although I must concede I would be too). His eyes kept shifting to his dad or DH or both (but in that area). I was also aggravated by DH (I think) asking the prosecutor to keep repeating his expression of sympathy to BM during introduction. But I felt bad for BM when he was asked about Moselle from either side. The pain over the loss of his mother and brother is so evident, IMO. Next witness should be really interesting.

DH keeps saying “next” like he’s pushing this witness along

Someone shot the quail pen and the dog house. Is there a dead quail or a dead dog that we need to worry about?

On it! after hearing this bullet, acustic expert. I had to hire a bar back to help with the restocking.

Well the shooter was crouching for PM's kill shot, who's to say he didn't do the same shooting at MM at one point.

Another thing, can these bullet holes in quail house and dog house be old bullet holes?
