It's important to remember (at least for me) that AM is used to courtrooms. He knows how to play to the jury and this beaming, smiling proud papa while BM is testifying is so different from his demeanor while the State had their witnesses on the stand. MOO.

AM also looking at the jury to see how they’re feeling about BM …

I must be on a huge delay, Twitter posting testimony way ahead of what I’m hearing- so weird today

See where this going with questions asked by the defense, weapons were stolen and used by the rogue, merc's, drug gang, grassy knoll shooter and retaliation killers.

Buster is lucky he wasn’t home on June 7th
The prosecution should ask him two questions on cross:

Did your dad invite you to Moselle that day?

Are you, in fact, still alive?

Sounds like they are going to argue it was possible for a third-party to find the guns used to kill Maggie and Paul or used the lost black out. Makes no sense that a third-party would come unarmed when the goal was to kill somebody.

I wonder how long BM rehearsed with JG? Problem is, the prosecution isn’t going to be so nice …

Though his Son, just another Pawn to sacrifice in the end.

The whole "left guns around" evidence is not compelling to me. It highlights the weakness of SODDI with the family weapons. They are having to walk a fine line of trying to imply a bunch of alternative scenarios and going all in on one alternative. I don't think they are going to commit to just one, but that is just a guess on my part.

They are trying to cut holes in the quilt of evidence, and substitute out different squares here and there, but I think at the end of the day it is still going to look like a quilt.

Buster says he never saw a replacement for Paul's original lost Blackout. Yet prosecution has already proved that one was purchased. So it seems that Buster isn't a reliable witness as he was likely away at college and living in Columbia for much of the several years leading up to the murders.
