Comparing JG retweet to Kyrie Irving's retweet of an anti-Semitic film is simply not the same. I'm not saying JG should be retweeting anything but the comparison is absurd.

Griffin was trying to argue that he simply retweeted the article and didn't make any comment on it.

I think the judge's point is simply that a retweet implies that you agree with the original tweet (unless you comment otherwise). Because of that implication, the NBA believed Irving's retweet to be a violation of its rules even though Irving didn't actually write anything.

Sounds like they are going to argue it was possible for a third-party to find the guns used to kill Maggie and Paul or used the lost black out. Makes no sense that a third-party would come unarmed when the goal was to kill somebody.

Getting to the point that the whole town including Mary Poppins drifted in hanging from her umbrella and snagged one of the weapons...You're all suspects!

See where this going with questions asked by the defense, weapons were stolen and used by the rogue, merc's, drug gang, grassy knoll shooter and retaliation killers.

If prosecution is going to cross the son, perhaps all that is needed to counter this testimony on weapons and defendant truthfulness….. play the early in-car video of investigators first questioning the defendant on weapons at the estate….. where defendant I believe stated ‘no’ when asked were weapons kept at the estate. Then ask the son is that an accurate statement. IMO.

Of course, could also open up about possible unlimited access to uncontrolled weaponry.
