I would think and hope that they tread lightly with respect but at the same time put BM in a box that has no exit's other then the truth.

Not likely. IMO, Buster would have to testify about something ridiculous such as the pills found in AM's computer bag were his where the state might try to pose the question to impeach his testimony-- citing the witness has a history of being untruthful.

Although I realize Buster is correctly considered a victim, his testimony is not coming across as credible. At all.

I don't think this is going to go the way the defense hopes it will and at this point, I don't see the prosecution giving Buster an easy pass. Too much he's said does not align with known facts.

Totally unbelievable that none of them thought Paul was driving the boat. They wouldn't have acted the way they did if they believed that. The behavior of the senior Murdaughs in the hospital, for instance. They convinced themselves to believe it, knowing it wasn't true, to the extent that it became true for them.

where did I miss he went to rehab the FIRST time in 2018??

And why would MM search the internet for pills (around the end of May right before she was murdered) —- that he was no doubt taking when he “went to rehab in 2018” according to BM testimony today?

Should be easy to ask for proof of that part of his testimony. Produce the admission face sheet from his chart
