I believe he is underscoring everything the State expert said on Friday. Nothing new.

DH needs another hour. Will break for lunch. Recess until 2:15.

This witness is creating the doubt for the one juror that the defense is looking for.
Prosecution needs to show his measurements aren't accurate for bullets traveling through a body...oh wait you didn't look at that stuff did you sir?

So…is it a couple of second graders wandered onto Moselle, grabbed some weapons laying around and started shooting?

12.39 ET - expert testifying:
This seems a no-brainer. seems Alec turned around after the fatal shots and just took a couple shots back out of anger or to add confusion with evidence.

what ya think?
My cat even gets it!.

This witness said from the beginning he doesn't look at the angle of body wounds, doesn't incorporate the body altering the angles
Which invalidates all his measurements and conclusions.

  • #27
So he is saying someone(s) 5 "2 did it.

I find it very odd that this witness, being a mechanical engineer, is discussing a murder/crime scene. I would think there would be far better professionals to discuss and analyze a crime scene, such as a forensic scientist/ballistic expert. Defense is grasping at straws. I hope the State has a field day with this witness.
and why the defense is throwing all these angles, erector sets, plum bobs and the time the tide comes in on the coast. Tired of that darn smoke machine.

Hahaha - someone posted that PooX wants to keep adding photos and shooters - little Munchins with massive AK57s down on their hips, and all of the 'fake' photos taken from up real high lol. 2 shooters. 12 shooters......64 shooters lol
I was going there also.

How do they know the hole was created that nite.?

My cat even gets it!.
Mine too. And I don't have a cat.

Body gonna slow a bullet down and mess with its trajectory.

Wasn't Paul 5'4", is this to add to their theory that Paul shot her?

Now they're blaming Circus midgets?? These people are sinking to new depths! First cowboys, now midgets, who's next?

These measurements are monkey business.

Their biggest concern wasn’t that Mallory Beach had been killed. They were stressed about $. I understand they may have talked themselves into believing that Paul wasn’t driving (although I think they knew “Timmy” was at the wheel).

But someone was killed during a drunken rogue ride on their boat. I’d never get over the guilt. The money wouldn’t be my first stressor.
