I noticed in AM's records that he had his ACL repaired, so my guess is they are going to get someone say he couldn't kneel to take a shot.

Interesting that AM had his ACL repaired. Does anyone know whether he played football in either high school or college?

I did not get the impression that BM and PM were very close… JMO.

IMO, it was really sad to ME that BM showed little to no emotion when talking about his brother and mother. IMO, there was almost disdain in BM’s voice when talking about PM.

Defence theory is clear. Alex was on video at 8:44 at the kennels, and then immediately went to the house. Two short shooters approached Maggie and Paul at 8:45 PM, preventing them from using their phones. Paul put the hose away. They were shot between 8:47 and 8:53 but Alex didn't hear the shots.

Sleeping like a baby as the firefight rages outside. This expert hasn't been in a situation hearing rounds fired at you from about the same distance it is from the house to the kennels, wakes you from a dead sleep even inside a makeshift barracks..

He testified that he does accident reconstruction. I wonder if, and how many times he has been paid to testify as expert witness in cases where AM sues in relation to vehicle accidents on behalf of clients (from whom AM steals). I could see being in the Murdaugh bank of expert witnesses as a profitable lifestyle, generating enough to buy all those fancy tools (like FARO technology, protractors that you can fit a dowel through, etc.).

And why is BM standing at the defense table when AM is being escorted out of the courtroom?
