I think this witness is no doubt good at his job, examining accidents and creating crime scene exhibits. But this is a murder trial, just really seems out of his scope. What was the defense thinking. Makes me think the defense really doesn't have much.

That representation of the scene just fries my backside. It shows a solid line of trees between the shed/kennel area and the direction toward the house and there was no such thing in June 2021. This animation if seen by the jury will misrepresent the scene at the time of the shootings.
