We live in a rural area, pastures, trees, we routinely hear gunfire while in our house. We have no immediate/close neighbors, gunfire has to be a minimum of 1/4 mile away. Our house is 7 years old, double paned, spray in foam insulation, TV on. Wondering if the state will try to re-create being able to hear gunshots well in the house.

Welp I put up a shot of the Titanic after the Prosecution's bad day last week so I think it's only fair to give this to the Defense Team for today's debacle! Oh and I love the defeated Poot shuffle whenever he gets spanked by the judge! Oh the humanity!!

Reporters and guards are waiting on AM to leave the courthouse.

He's in the van, and off to jail house.

Bull! the more grains, more punch louder report. I've did re-load's and made them hot as we say and boy they do bark.
Yep, husband shoots sporting clays, different size ammo makes a huge difference, some sound like cannons.

I hear it all the time on this road from some distance.

Well I missed the afternoon, but after this morning I am glad.

I bet that testimony went over better at the $20,000/week plantation wedding venue during the 3-day groupthink weekend among the good ol' boy defense team (moistened by plenty of bourbon and/or scotch).

Agree, the same for our house. The farm next to us has 80 acres and hunters at some times. We can hear gunfire.

Per Fernandez last questioning, locking him in that shooter was on green line, seems like that are going to be able to recreate how that would still be possible with a 6’4 shooter.

Well that was thoroughly unimpressive. Honestly I thought the defense witnesses were so weak, they made Alex look even more guilty by grasping at straws.

I'm very much looking forward to Poot getting demolished on all the TV shows and YouTube channels tonight for his little, snide, gun pointing move complete with the comments that he was thinking about shooting the Prosecution. Talk about being completely clueless. With all the mass shootings in the last couple of weeks it's in EXTREMELY BAD TASTE!

The Judge needed to say something in my opinion! Didn't appreciate everyone laughing either but I wasn't in the court. Hopefully it was more of a nervous WTH laugh.

Happy Hour!
Bar is wide open though the train is coming to a stop for the day, feel free to mingle and chat over the days defense beatdown.

That's the money shot right there. TBH, that's all he needed to do to rebut that part of his testimony.
