Of course he wants special rules, Murdaugh rules, on his cross.
AM can’t buy his way out of this one as he’s used to doing …

getting on the stand will be his downfall cause as soon as the prosecution gets him heated the true AM will come out. It does with him jus sitting at the defense table - I have never seen such evil seething
And he won't appreciate having to answer for any of his deeds or being confronted about them. He will go from crying to fury on a dime, imo.

Unbelieveable.... the whole law firm shows up and contaminates the crime scene and talks to LE and inserts themselves into the scene. Now, one is testifying that the scene was not secure....

Hopefully, this county LE has learned that lawyers showing up to your scene need to be held back and excluded from talking to you, influencing you and contaminating the scene. No justice can happen for people who don't have power if lawyers can come into the scene and direct what happened. The non-professional aspects of the LE and the coziness of the lawyers to LE is just astounding.

This man had no business on the scene! He was disrespectful!

It was misting and heavy fog…but water was dripping off the kennel shed on Paul’s body?

I live in the south and am familiar with this kind of miserable weather. I can’t imagine water dripping on to to his body as described.

"Look at what they did." Didn't think about it at the time. Odd comment. Nice how it fits with BM and the defense team. AM working hard to set a scene and tone----they, they, they, they, they....

LE gave a great gift to AM. They let them in the house. Didn't clear it. Sloppy.

I don’t disagree with the defenses assertion that mistakes were made about mistakes being made, not securing the scene, possibly contaminating the crime scene. Isn’t this a double edged sword though? Their expert witness used SLED’s information for their analysis, if you’re going to argue that sleds information is not valid, seems that also negates their expert witness.

Newman, "this is unheard of to me" lol
Cause it is! If you testify as a defendant YOU waive your 5th amendment rights. But questions are still subject to the normal objections. There just won’t be any special constitutional rights for Alex.

Alex must have something on this guy. This is strange.

Yes, just shows how much they consider themselves above the law that they would even argue for that

Oh my, he and others cleaned up dinner…of course

It's be easier to tell him who WASN'T there. And now the mystery of who put the pots away has been solved.

It amazes me the amount of detail the defense can prove but whenever anything detailed about Alex's movements and actions there doesn't seem to be anyone who remembers .

Oooops, JB lost his place in his script!

Heck he may just go into head banger rock n roll mode and clam up.

Pretty sure Alex wanted people all over the place, contaminating the crime scene. Glad these arrogant people are getting taken down. And all that time, did anyone, especially AM, ever suggest that they try looking for the "murderer", funny now the entire family was never very concerned for their "safety" after the murders.

Now we know why the pots were in the fridge. Ball testifies around 1:30-2 in the morning he was there with others (the house was not treated as a crime scene) they cleaned up the kitchen, put some things in the sink and put the pots on the stove in refrigerator.
