Sherlock Ball here on the stand now. I hope the prosecution rips him apart.

I REALLY hope SLED is paying attention and remembers all these attorney's and how they criticized and bullied them. No more favors, no more getting out of speeding tickets etc

Pretty sure Alex wanted people all over the place, contaminating the crime scene. Glad these arrogant people are getting taken down. And all that time, did anyone, especially AM, ever suggest that they try looking for the "murderer", funny now the entire family was never very concerned for their "safety" after the murders.
Exactly!

He just testified that they were there to clean, had even called the coroner for references, but found someone to have Clorox in their truck unusual? When people had been called to help clean up?

10.17a ET: This law partner just has too many answers -- it's too convenient.

JMO, I doubt anything will change. They have their own way of doing things and it won't change. If you follow murder cases, especially cold cases, down there, it's different.

This is rich with absurdity. This man, one of A's cronies, is complaining that A's cronies were permitted by one of A's cronies to walk all over the scene, and now, they'd like us to believe they are horrified after the fact. They could have refrained.

Any of the law enforcement were cronies OR in fear for their livelihood and their life trying to do their job while surrounded by people with the power to ruin their lives in this community scrutinizing them.

If this guy noticed so much contamination why didn’t he demand for everyone to move away and focus on getting it wrapped off for a crime scene? Sounds like this was what he was thinking about over anything else.

Why did LE allow them into the crime scene, house, etc? Is it common practice down there? It’s the first time I've seen it happen. LE/SLED needs to explain, JMO
I agree. The crime scene was grossly mishandled, IMO. They should have not let anyone enter the entire property, IMO.

Is Mark Ball not the same guy that AM and BM were talking about on jailhouse phone calls moving money for BM for whatever reason? MOO.
Yes, Mark was helping Alex et al to try to move $, aka hide assets.

Unbelieveable.... the whole law firm shows up and contaminates the crime scene and talks to LE and inserts themselves into the scene. Now, one is testifying that the scene was not secure....

Hopefully, this county LE has learned that lawyers showing up to your scene need to be held back and excluded from talking to you, influencing you and contaminating the scene. No justice can happen for people who don't have power if lawyers can come into the scene and direct what happened. The non-professional aspects of the LE and the coziness of the lawyers to LE is just astounding.
LE and attorneys are tight. To think they are all upstanding individuals is naive. Best we can hope for is a jury that hasn’t been paid off in this case. How awful that a mother and her son would be slaughtered and the man would get away with it. But that’s exactly where this might be headed. I hope I’m wrong!

He'll take pics of truck without being asked but won't do a thing to protect a crime scene from rain to help find killer of co workers son

So what authority did this witness have to insert himself into a crime scene?

I know! Who gave him permission to be an investigator on the scene?!?
