Anyone else notice Alex on the stand straight up nodding his head yes while saying no…

Alec is not recalling events.

Alec is fitting the evidence together. Story telling.

Poorly

To all the people referring to how AM speaks, including all the nicknames, etc...We have tons of family that talk EXACTLY like this all the time. Just saying

AND BOOM THERE IT IS......"PAPA I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN" on the 911 call

Paul was getting bizarre and serious threats over the boat crash, but they disregarded it because it was so over the top.

Deflection to the Max!

“So over the top…” yep, as is this testimony.

I’m glad Newman hasn’t asked him if he is ok or needs a break. He knows he is guilty!

“So ova da top, ova da top”

I’m enjoying our commentary on this trial!

AM seemed totally insulted that the dispatcher asked him if he lived in a mobile home.

Except he never called them those names in any of the police interviews. It's all for show now.

Here we go with all the threats on "Paul Paul/Paw Paw" that weren't taken seriously. *eyeroll*

IMO

If he was really concerned for retaliation the property would have serious surveillance.

Agree. My family is from Charleston and these accents are typical for many of them. A Charleston accent is not a "typical" southern accent. IMO

New drinking game, every time PM says "Paupa" or any other southern colloquialisms...."git".

This tragedy is made even worse by this "testimony".

Oh, back to the "chicken". Exactly at 8:44 that Bubba had the chicken.

I am soooo ready for the state to take control.

Noticed this immediately when he took the stand and was asked if he blew his wife and son's brains out. "No I did not..." *nodding yes the whole time*

Even Buster comes off as annoyed and in disbelief at all of this testimony.

  • #1,237
Didn’t the defendant say ~2 hours ago to the 911 dispatch? And his counsel I believe has tried to slip that to 1-1/2, 2 hours, approximately…… ummmmmmmm! MOO

  • #1,238
Buster's body language reads as angry to me. Who is he angry at? The state? His father? It's uncomfortable to watch that guy

Have to leave for awhile … can’t wait to get back and hear the rest!

“Maggie didn’t like to visit my mother.”Dirtying up the victim! I know he has to explain why she didn’t go with him when it seemed like that’s why she came to Moselle. But it also makes her seem cold and uncaring. Maggie didn’t like to visit her MIL because she was unhealthy? Makes no sense!
Didn't like to visit unless she was planning to bring her dinner, I guess.
