This is pathetic. He lied from the get go. He continued to lie. He could have cleared all this up but he didn’t until now, when his back is against the wall.

Is there a charge that can be applied, as to lying to all the investigators therefore costing the taxpayers money?

Maybe someone aleady said this but, seems to me that you can hear the gravel/ tire crunch of the golf cart as he is saying that he is going back to his house. And he is not winded by all that hurrying, but he never admits to being in the golf cart, right?

How does he know “when“ they got shot?

IMO, he had to have been running back to the house with noise cancelling earpods in to have not heard the gunshots. Maybe the golf cart backfires or has glass packs….

Obviously, at 8:44 pm, Bubba had not been caught, yet. AND, it was obvious that Bubba was showing PM the chicken (PM in the video , “Hey Bubba”… lovingly and not loudly to Bubba who IMO had come up to the pen PM was in with Cash).

We also know AM was in his truck leaving Moselle at 9:06 pm… So, AM had to have caught and kenneled Bubba, put chicken compassionately wherever it needed time to itself, and then gotten back to and on golf cart to drive back to house. There is only 22 minutes from the video to the departure.

I AM NOT PICKING UP WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING DOWN, Bo…

Defendant’s wife phone GPS evidence was deleted prior to June 9 I believe just testified by him? Prosecu should tie that later to the phone toss and who had driven by that area. MOO.
