Waters is getting Alex to respond over and over that lied, did wrong

Yes, to all these other crimes that are not the murder of his wife and son. Waters is coming off as pissy and a bit desperate right now. Just my opinion

I don't get this. Yes, it's been confirmed he's a liar and a cheat. I don't know why they keep beating this. Waters is just trying to get the jury to realize that AM could say something directly to your face and be lying. Ok, move on. Waters sounds just pissy and like he's mad that AM is simply admitting to all these other financial crimes.
Got to hammer it home.

AM: note to self for tomorrow, do not look people in the eye because I did it in the past and was lying and the jury now knows that.

State doing a good job of proving that he would do anything to anybody and not feel bad about it unless he was caught.

Was Alex taxed on this stuff? Crazy.

I don't think so. These people are injured parties in more ways than one, the jury needs to know this is more than names and monopoly money like AM thinks it to be. Waters is shining a light on how diabolical AM is.

I think Waters is trying to emphasize that AM can sit there, look you in the face and tell you bald-faced lies that seem completely believable.

He's done it again and again over the years.

So, is he doing the same thing to the jury today?

He is mad and I think he's doing the right thing by asking about every single one. It is showing that Alex would stoop to extremely low levels. He stole from a child, from someone so injured they were paralyzed, he liked to his best friends in the law firm and his brother that was part of his law firm, he used a badge to get special access and special treatment. He lied and lied and lied. THAT is exactly the point. So he lied that night about where he was and where he wasn't. But then he has the audacity to get on the stand and lie... maybe a juror finds it believable.. (I don't see how, but let's say maybe they found his fake boohooing believable) this is showing that he manipulates in MANY situations and gets his way. I think the nerve of this man to get on the stand and still lie while claiming he's a changed man.. drugs made me lie.. blah blah.. Darn right Waters is pissed with good reason. Alex had a path of destruction that leads right to the night of the murders and it is all relevant.

Here’s what you need to get… the defense would not stipulate to ONE SINGLE FACT. The prosecution is trying to make sure justice is served for the victims. AM admitting, on the record, to these financial crimes is intentional, and AM sees a benefit to it either in this case, the financial case or both. This is Waters job. He is not going to just quickly rush through the foundational support of the State’s case, and Like it or not, the finances are a HUGE part of why PM and MM were murdered. There is a MUCH larger story that the public has not been privy to. There is much more to AM than the public is aware of, and Waters is insuring that there is not a shadow of a doubt about the true nature of the person on trial and accused of these murders.

Period.

I agree. It’s the lawyer that seems frustrated and shook. My opinion only.

AM looks worse than ever, if that is even possible. What a parasite.
