Please pardon me if I duplicate posts. Interstate 95 is like riding a roller coaster

I mean he was basically a kid, who u want to invite to a double murder scene? Yea right.
Yeah let me call Ro Ro, he's close by, he can come over and see his best friend's brain laying on the concrete...evil
IMO

Went back and got the phone? You’ve been on the phone lying man!
He left the phone at the house so he couldn't be tracked to the kennels at all. He denied being there until Paul's video was discovered.

So, he's saying it's his partners' fault he was lying because their advice made him paranoid.

  • #1,007
Sooooo did he have paranoid thinking that caused him to lie to all of those clients that he stole from?

  • #1,008
When I got to thinking in that paranoid way..

"Hang on, Mr. Waters!" This guy has some nerve!

"Damn right, I ordered the code red."

Bring it.

You'tre making a big deal out of this Mr. Waters

Yeah, move on. Although, he is trying to show that AM is a liar. AM is a liar. Makes me wonder if Maggie was ready to bail on this sinking ship.

"I don't have any reason to dispute that".

Who is Chris Wilson? 131 seconds.

I think the attorney is rambling and letting AM ramble along too long. He should stick to more yes and no questions and make him give a yes or no and stop him from rambling.

  • #1,013
It's quite remarkable that Alex lied to the 911 operator claiming that Maggie was shot in the head before checking her body.

He left the kennels because he had gotten his pills back and had to get his fix and clean up

See, when he's arguing with Waters he's not using that heavy country accent.

I agree, IMO, that is one of many reasons he called 20+ people to hurry hurry over there!

I disagree, it's his rambling that highlights it all, IMO

I may be able to make a false narrative for the video if you want to watch the whole thing....

  • #1,020
This is hard for me to watch. I want Waters to pull out a dry erase board that has every event AM has lied about listed on it. And I want Cw to say each item and write LIE in red on top of each line item until he gets to:
I was not at the kennels (play the video)
I did not kill Paul and Maggie

say it out loud...write over it in red

and then bring that dang board right back out for closing arguments later.

Make the facts visual, make it audible, put it in writing.
Perfect for visual learners. It will stay with them.
