I don’t believe that happened In that way. No way if defense contacted the state and said we have new info to share on the record that they would not meet with them.

I don't believe it either. But, it just goes to show that he will throw anyone under the bus to get himself out of something, even his lawyers.

I love how Waters keeps saying "the new story" He's reminding the jury - good idea :)

looking in the pockets of the son he'd just murdered to find his pills?
Yep I think we have additional motive. The amount he was taking (even if you estimate he took only 1/4 or 1/2 of what cousin Eddie would get)—-the amount was astronomical

I can imagine his big ole sweaty self being angry, perturbed, and he went to those kennels to get his drugs back from Mags and Paw Paw

Uh oh. He took the guns to reinforce his anger and force them to hand them back over

His anger exploded and he shot Paul, then chased down and shot Mags

If the service was so bad that you wouldn’t even take your phone with you, then why would you TEXT and CALL Maggie to tell her where you were going instead of going down there to tell her?

Going back to previous AM testimony. If he asked his counsel to set up meetings with the prosecution or LE and they did not, is that misconduct or malpractice? They put him in a horrible position to be seen as a liar.

Both lawyers need to watch out, if it is true then sanctions, the bar, AM or a stray house cat could come for them. Lol.

There's chatter that AM's defense team DH/JG were arguing over AM testifying and this tension played right into AM's hands when he said he was going to testify and did not need any additional consult with his attorneys.

DH allegedly wanted to blame Judge Newman for not limiting the cross by the prosecution as the reason for AM not testifying.

If true, and DH made this statement to the jurors why AM was not taking the stand, he'd also be testifying to the jury -- another big no-no by an attorney! Not to mention prejudicial! o_O MOO

Aarrgghh! There he goes again! "You've heard the testimony." Such arrogance

I popped in to watch for just a few minutes during a work break.

AM uses the word "would" a lot in telling what he (supposedly) did on June 7. So he got back to the house and he "would" have entered the front door, "would" have laid down on the couch, etc. (Not sure I'm quoting all that exactly correctly.) It really stood out to me because... Dude, *you* were the one there doing those things so it's not that you *would* have done them, you *did* them!!!

He can't say he did those things because he didn't do them! (He was busy killing his family, imo. But if he hadn't been, he *would* have entered the front door and *would* have laid down on the couch.) Smdh.

MOO.

I don't know how all of you can stand to watch him for more than a couple of minutes. I appreciate all the updates and commentary here. I read when I can to catch up. Thanks, WSers, for keeping it real, including the drinks car!
Ita.
Am mainly perusing the comments here.
Thankful for everyone who is following and updating.
Cannot stand to hear Alex' 'word salads' and obfuscations.
He acts as though he can convince the jury that he is just a good old southern gentleman, and is stunned by the accusations being leveled at him !
Ugh.
Imo.

That's all he needs is part of the jury.
I realize that and it’s worrisome. I haven’t seen the makeup of the jury. I’m praying they will think through it all in the jury room and remember the victims and know it couldn’t have been anyone else. AM was there!

A very sick RM3 has been taken to the hospital (something that left his wife anguished despite her dementia), but AM doesn’t keep his cell phone close by?

This is what I've been thinking. There's absolutely no bridge an addict of AM's proportions won't cross, to get their fix. If he thought they had pills on them, that's his primary motivation. If he thought Paul had, for example, given some pills to some of his friends (RowRow), that would explain the urgency there (hopelessly searching for pills that probably weren't with any of these people).

Riding around with Paul: would have, might have, sometimes, maybe

No one can't remember their last moments with family prior to tragedy.

Alec thought he was smart leaving his phone behind but he crested a major time problem.

He was setting up his "I wasn't at the kennel" but he got busted from the grave by PawPaw's video.

There appears to be a piece of card board behind JG with writing on it...
