He should be forced to stop testifying about previous testimony. He has his own lies to tell.

AM just can’t help himself, he’s chatting away even when there’s not an actual question in front of him

I agree with your assessment. I'm very curious why we've only heard small snippets from Blanca & Miriam on Maggie's concerns. Do you think both of those witnesses held back a bit on what Maggie conveyed, or did Maggie not fully confide in either of them? Blanca in particular probably noted some of his "odd" behavior and I would be surprised if she didn't know about his pill addiction?
I think that pre-trial motions as well as objections that caused the jury to have to leave in the middle of their testimony kept what Blanca and Marian were able to testify to and be questioned about confined to a very narrow scope.

It's been mentioned that the level of narcotics he claims he'd taken would lead to some serious constipation.

No worries, it's all coming out now.

What was the point of the suv picture? Who did AM think moved the car. Sorry I’ve had a lot of coffee.

So is he saying, never parked that way, by the family...mean the tiny assassins also tooled around in the golf cart before leaving the area?

So now the bad internet vigilantes also moved the golf cart?

and yet there were no formal reports made of the random vile social media posts despite his huge law enforcement contacts, no security procedures put in place for the family or homes, no working with any authority to assess real danger. Smh.
In addition, the night of the murders his first call after 911 was not to Buster, who was a named party in the wrongful death lawsuit so would likely be known to whatever "vengeful stranger" was making these social media posts. Instead, AM called for the usual reinforcements.

this has been bothering me...(among other things!). AM said he would "never intentionally hurt his wife or child"..can't get over the word "intentionally"...is he implying the deaths were accidental????

Yeah, his attorney's have likely got him considering a plea deal to manslaughter

A WSer whose name starts with B had a great theory on the last thread. She and I had the same beginnings to our thinking, but she then put together so many elements in her view on how this went down. I can't find the post right now - I hope she'll come back and restate it.

The jist was that Alex's first priority was getting back his pills. He thinks either Maggie or Paul has them. Note that since our WSer posited this as the main motivation for him going to the kennel, with guns, we have learned that Alex left the kennel with pills in his pockets. Hmmm.

Anyway, B said that he probably pointed the shotgun at Paul, demanding that Paul give him his pills. Maggie is a bit of a distance away. Alex is in some phase of crazy due to withdrawals and the gun goes off (Paul's first wound). Alex then blames Paul for what just happened, transferring the full force of his anger to his boy. Maggie comes running, is shot.

That's why AM tries to turn Paul over (belt loops) and why there's blood inside one of Paul's pockets.

I will add that this it not incompatible with the theory some others had about AM being in the golf cart, aiming the gun when the first shot or shots were fired.

This would lead me to the conclusion that Alex, now with a pocketful of pills, has taken a bunch and is not in the grips of withdrawal as much. But now he has truly hit rock bottom and here he is, on trial for murder.

(If someone wrote this as a novel, I don't think most people would believe it).
Oooooooo, somebody, do this! Who has a golf cart? Seated in a golf cart, would a man who is 6'4 be --- wait for it -- 5'2?

Just said on Court TV that the boat wreck happened four year ago from today's date.

Wow, just wow, AM's testimony is surreal, IMO... Wondering if his backup plan if things didn't go his way during his testimony was to have a "nervous breakdown" on the stand (sympathy for his mental well being being the final Trump Trump card in his bag of tricks tricks). JMO
