Is there a Nancy Grace look-alike in the gallery behind the defense?

May the Defense close today, then State rebuttal winesses, the closings. May the jury return guilty verdict Friday!
‘Nothing further’…… as the eloquent cross finale from the prosecutor.

Buster continually sits on the aisle seat on the defense side. I guess that is a quick view for the jury.
His poor fingers must be so sore from chewing on his fingernails so much.
He's like me and bites his fingernails as a nervous habit.
JMO, but I feel for ol' Bus. His entire family and way of life has been annihilated and he probably does feel a smidge of devotion to the one he's got left. Plus, AM has probably gas lighted that entire family his whole life so Buster is used to doing what he wants, even if it means getting on the stand and possibly perjuring himself and putting himself into good view of the jury.

Yeah go figure...I was though surprise the coroner didn't have a thermometer for that

The defendant always goes on jury views, I've never seen them not go. Even crazy Darrell Brooks went to look at the truck he used to murder a gazillion people.

God forbid Harpootlian walk over to the court clerk and hand it to her to give to the judge, he made her get up and come to him to fetch the papers to give to the judge,

I don't think so Herat that would be be too prejudicial IMO.

The defendant has to be present for everything in their trial. He may be able to waive his presence but I don't see that happening.

Eisenstat says he's being paid by the hour ($600 per hour, and then $500 per day of testimony) by the defense. He has been qualified as an expert witness.

She said she was going. She was already there last night

Witness: Forensic Pathologist Dr. Jonathan Eisenstat (Hope spelling of last name is correct)

The defense calls its 12th witness, Dr. Jonathan Eisenstat, a pathologist and the former chief medical examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

I think defense witnesses, I think Judi Collins’ “Send in the Clowns”.

Thanks for that, surely he will be escorted separately?

So does the defendant also go on field trip with the jury?

If so, will he be in a cage?
Cage?

Kennel.

Give Bubba the key.

No comfy dog bed for you. Fresh water tomorrow.

So the defense is calling witnesses to impeach their own witnesses?
