exactly. then he had to admit he was there but cant recall any conversation as simple as bye bye.Yep. He was hoping his text would be his alibi. "I wasn't there so I sent Maggie a text".

Looks like it.I think the kennels are at a lower elevation than the house although everything is pretty flat. The house looks like it’s on a bit of a rise.
I think he used “up” in the sense of like walking up to someone. “I walked up to the preacher and said…”
I too think he’s guilty and voted “yes”. And I’m also unsure that he may be found not guilty, mistrial or hung.I think he's guilty but may not be found guilty, so I don't know how to vote!
Now 29 yes.Thank you. So far 10 have voted and all ten voted guilty.
Napping for what, like 10 mins max before phone activity starts up again at 9:02pm? Lol. Assuming it takes 4-5 mins in the cart to get back up to the house. Wow, that's what I call a power nap. Then he just decides to go to his mom's, even though it's late and she's most likely already asleep (due to her advanced dementia). He meant leaving the kennels to go “nap”.
CW asked if he told her he was going to his Mothers. Of course he said no.
Jeez this brother is arrogant.
