OK, I wish it was Fernandez doing the cross for the defense pathologist expert witness. I predict this guy has a great career ahead of him!
I was so impressed with Fernandez ... he was organized, quick and thorough! Plus, he was easy to listen to and understand, which not all attorneys are.

I wonder if the prosecutor will ask him if he still thinks the owl did it

I’m not understanding why it’s important to the defense to change the trajectory of shots to their story line. What am I missing?

Had it not been for the chicken, AM might never have spoken during PM's video at the kennels proving AM lied about his alibi. Had it not been for the chicken, AM may not have been charged with murder

…and to the chicken goes SC’s highest Poultry Award for Valor in the face of an onslaught of 5’2” murderous tykes masquerading as 6’3” pale pill-popping attorneys.

IIRC, in the Staircase, the defense request for the jury to see the house backfired. Their thoughts were the jury will see there was no room to yield a weapon in the tight staircase. Jury members tried to mimic her falling back, hitting her head. In interviews given after the guilty verdict, said that there was no way for the defensive scenario to have happened. I wonder if the state has or will go step off the distance from the kennel to the house, will be able to give a demonstration of the walking, driving to the kennel how it fits in the time frame. moo

This witness is very demonstrative, at a social gathering you'd want to stand back a ways in conversation. Wonder how the jury are viewing this guy?

What's the theory here - that the shooter was sitting in a tree behind the shed when Paul was shot the second time, and his brain ricocheted off his brain stem into the ceiling?

I'm just starting watching the first guy, and DH asks him regarding time of death, what you can learn from sticking your hand in an armpit, and the forensic pathologist goes, "Nothing."

I LOLed for real

I think DH just failed the first rule of lawyering that we all hear about -- never ask a question you don't know the answer to.

AM wants to be acquitted here so his finance crimes, which he’s basically pled guilty to, will land him in Federal prison instead of murder landing him in state prison. MOO

previous expert crossed....short and sweet: the point was made it was not necessary to SHAVE PAUL's head.

The burden of proof is on the prosecutor’s. What do you think, have they proven beyond a reasonable doubt thus far?
The only live person that left the slaughter scene lied to everyone about being there when it happened.

I think purely to potentially create reasonable doubt for one juror. They’re trying to downplay the prosecution‘s witnesses because they’re desperate.

Cross examination question. " If the shooter took a shower could he wash off all of that blood that you say the he was covered in?

Did he just disagree with what Eisenstat testified to?
