Wasn’t the maid there the next morning? JM says nobody was there? Or, was she there the next day?

Just heard his brother say “I’m not blaming anyone/anybody”…… . Interesting choice of words.
IMO.

John Marvin has been rehearsing his testimony for a long time. He will do anything to help save bro Alex's hide, lie, cheat, steal, dispose of guns, tow boats, etc.

He is a much calmer speaking Alex model, but a salesman nonetheless.

MOO

I am still shocked they did not use find my iwatch for Mallory Beach. Why was he allowed to escort the search through the house? Have mercy!

BBM so hard to believe it's been that long. I have an appointments tomorrow and Wednesday and I'm so hoping that the field trip is tomorrow and I don't want them to start deliberating until Thursday and wrap it up Thursday afternoon, lol.
IMPOV, with all the setting up and logistics of securing the property, then having Jurors transported to the scene, and leaving time for unexpected stuff that happens, I don't think the Jury will get this until Friday, but some on TV think Thursday. Unsure what either side will present after the scene visit, so I just doubt by Thursday. We shall see.

missed something here....why was his brother giving LE a tour of the house and explaining the guns??????? thank you.

JMM guided an Agent through the house.
The defense had previously stated, alluded, or implied they didn't.

So, that's one mistake SLED didn't make, thank you for clearing that up.

I could use a couple shots of Wild Turkey.

AM and JMM were raised “all about appearances” - that was all that mattered and came before everything else. They had a name to keep up in the area and it had been that way their whole lives. The knew when things went wrong they all rally to alter the appearance of things to the public. Just like when PM drove his truck into a ditch - they fix it before he can be figured out and label it what they wanted to call it. “An animal ran out in front of PM and he swerved to hit it and ran in the ditch”

“I took her through every room of the house”

Why did you do that JM, this was a search warrant!

Hope this helps.

JMM went back up to Moselle. SLED said they needed to come into the house and search for things. JMM says he escorted agent Katie McCallister throughout the house. She said there were so many people in the house, she said she didn’t want to go barging in.

JMM: McCallister said she would take her badge and gun off. She wanted to be walked through each room. She was looking for 12-gauge shotguns and ammo and .300 Blackout rifles and ammo. "I took her through every room.”

JMM and Paul bonded over being the “ black sheep “ of their families by not wanting to be lawyers.

JMM had a boat and a charter fishing operation both called The Black Sheep.

The white tee that AM was wearing when the cops showed up had the logo on it.
Ironic, that AM should choose that particular t-shirt, on the night of June 7, 2021...

John Marvin looks like Larry Bird.

Is there anything suspicious about John Marvin's story of the truck he was driving breaking down? He had to leave truck en route and get a ride to Moselle with the person following him? I've often wondered about this story, but maybe it's factual.
Yes I think there is something to this too!

here we go the crime scene was a mess and SLED didn't do a good job
No this was afterwards. He said "they" [SLED] had thrown dirt where MM had laid so there was nothing left there but they didn't take all of PM. So when he saw that he wanted to collect his nephew. I can understand that.

Brother is describing the crime scene emotionally, and Alex is fake nodding his head down faking it like he's crying. His attorney looks over to make sure AM is putting on the act. Then, Alex pops his head back up, not upset at all, dry eyed, sucking on whatever is in his mouth. How I see it only, but Alex is certainly not feeling much, IMO. His brother is polished, but seems to be showing some real emotion. Who wouldn't? Well, Alex. His bobbing head doesn't convey real emotion to me.

How do you think the state will handle JMM?

(SBM) "folks converging in the middle of a crime scene..."

Yes, agreed. What's wrong with this picture? A double homicide, multiple individuals with backgrounds in LE and law school, and all of them just tromp, tromp, tromping around -- and through -- the middle of the crime scene?

Mind-boggling.
This has bothered me so much. WHY wasn’t this crime scene, including the house SECURED??? NOBODY should’ve been tromping around the property AT ALL. It has always made me wonder, was this *good ol’ boy* investigating, or just ineptitude?
