WOW! Is infidelity going to finally enter this drama??? Hell, we've had just about everything else in this trial. Who had vicious diarrhea on their BINGO Card today? I sure didn't!
No diarrhea, but I’ve had the empty infidelity space just waiting to be filled

Yeah, and of course it is an older vehicle likely not to have an on-board computer.
I'm curious if this older truck was ever at Almeda on the 7th? I'll have to go listen again to where all it went or where John Marvin said it went, but interesting if Alex claims that Paul had it and it might be the vehicle they went to the kennels in (meaning Paul that night) and now it's missing so LE starts looking for the truck like it might have been one that the murders stole from the scene.. then it's found on the side of the road, but how convenient John Marvin and the police chief that Alex paid $5000 a month later are involved with how that truck got where it did.

I really wonder if a blue tarp and any guns were ever in that truck. I really dislike suspecting everyone involved with Alex as being capable of things, but it does make one wonder just where those weapons went and how they got wherever they went.

The time of death can be declared to within 75 minutes between 8:45 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. From skimming several online sites, it seems that the body temperature of a deceased person decreases by 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit per hour.

That means that when the bodies were discovered, they were 1.5 degrees colder than normal.

That is, the body temperature does not add any new information to the known 75 minute window for the time of death. All this defence discussion about time of death is intended to confuse rather than enlighten.
But it does matter because if the murders happened at 9:45pm and AM was in his car or at his moms house at 9:45pm that means he didn’t commit the crime. So, if the temperature wasn’t taken accurately then they can’t determine the time of death.

Well when money is being stolen and no real way to show where it goes, other than the drug habit that honestly isn't believable at the level he claims.. then I think is he gambling, is there another woman, something shifty on the side for sure.

They are missing. His housekeeper, who did his laundry, said she never saw them (or the shoes he was wearing) again.
Hmmm, OK....so what was AM's explanation for this? Someone stole his clothing?

According to a few posts on here, the state has evidence that Alex is not a “family man"

Oh just the usual I have clothing everywhere.. some at Almeda, some at Moselle, some at Edisto, some in the car, at my brothers house, at my in laws house... it's a mystery and he was never asked for them so he hasn't a clue where they could be now with all the possible places.

And yes I suppose the internet strangers that used his own weapons to murder his family, needed to steal his clothing also to make it look like he did it. :D

Let me get this straight.

PM is working in Okatie and using the old farm truck rather than his F150 Platinum that is exactly like JMM's. This is because PM's F150 is in the shop.

JMM gets a call from RM4 asking him if he can take RM3 to his doctor's appointment (in Savannah, I believe) as RM3 is having trouble breathing, but RM4 cannot make the entire trip himself as he has time sensitive appointments later in the day.

JMM agrees and they decide to meet halfway, in Ridgeland. RM4 drives RM3 to Ridgeland in RM3's car. JMM chooses to drive to Ridgeland in PM's old farm truck rather than his own pickup (which he leaves in Okatie for PM).

Why would JMM choose to take the old farm truck for this important trip where a breakdown would be a major inconvenience (since a breakdown could delay JMM meeting to pickup RM3 or, if the breakdown occurs after JMM and RM3 continue on in RM3's vehicle could delay RM4 from getting to his time sensitive meetings)?

Why wouldn't JMM take his own F150 and let PM take the farm truck?
Found the replay. 6:54 timestamp. JMM met Randy halfway and drove the senior father to the appt in the mothers car and Randy drove JMMs truck back. So JMM did not drive the senior Murdaugh in the farm truck to the appt.

Soooo convenient. I've been stuck on this nearly all afternoon.
Yikes, could that been an avenue or vehicle (ok a bad pun) to secret evidence from the area after the events? MOO.

Their explanation as he has closed in several different locations that he was staying at, which is probably true, implying that Blanca never saw it again because it could be somewhere else. However, if I had a piece of clothing that could exonerate me, I would provide it I would not have to be asked.

Soooo ready for Creighton to take this thing medieval.

I was only able to watch the trial until around noon today. I saw that the jurors are going to visit Mossell. I'm going back to read but wanted to ask if there were any "BOMBSHELLS" that I missed.

Does anyone have any theories on where the guns are?

For some reason, I can't see Alex throwing them in the trash. Especially after learning they treated their guns almost like pets with special names. I have a feeling the guns are stashed somewhere, or buried, or maybe thrown in a well.

Also, why wouldn't he throw away the raincoat/tarp or whatever it was? That is puzzling me. So say he brought that to Almeda. Why not throw it away or put it in a trash bag?

No explanation. No doubt we'll be hearing more about it in Creighton's closing.

Oh yeah there was a BOMBSHELL alright! A number 2 bombshell dropped by the defendant on his way to rehab. It was not pretty!

It's just odd that she never saw it so where did it go? If he showered before dinner and those clothes were in his bedroom then where did they go? Kakhis were found on the bathroom floor with a wet towel. No shirt. So he took a dirty shirt with him after the murders? I can't imagine Buster packed a dirty shirt from the floor for his dad (he didn't testify he did either, just grabbed shorts and tshirts from the closet).. so Blanca comes the next day and finds the pants and wet towel and not shirt. IT doesn't make sense that it would be anywhere else and if Blanca did laundry she would be the one to see it unless for some reason Alex took the dirty shirt with him that night.

I did not write that JMM drove RM3 to the appt in the old farm truck.
I wrote that it was a risky choice to drive that unreliable vehicle because it could be a major inconvenience since it could have EITHER broken down while JMM was on his way to meet RM4 (so RM3 and RM4 would be sitting there waiting while JMM was broken down) OR it could have broken down after he traded with RM4 and RM4 was then driving it to whatever his "time sensitive" meeting was.

I think most of the southern boy exec types have infidelity on their bingo cards so that wouldn’t surprise me and wouldn’t make him a murderer.

The whole “the trees have grown since then” is odd. No one has said that a shooter hid behind trees or that one escaped through a forest of narrow trees or anything other than the dogs running to a treed area to do their business And some fruit trees that were leaning over. A weak attempt on the prosecutor’s side to prevent the trip unless I missed something about the trees.
I believe the reference to trees now being more filled in or taller, may have been related to sound, as in being able to hear gunshots at the house, but I could be mistaken.

I think he just believed it wasn't an issue. He didn't know Ms Shelly was going to tell anyone about it. He wasn't thinking it was suspicious and he likely wasn't thinking about GSR on it so he just put it in the closet or wherever and thought nobody is even going to look here at my parents house.
