You know what I am wondering. WHY didn't any one of those that were rushing to the scene that night demand that things be done by the book. These were lawyers and Murdaughs.. with all these LE friends and connections. Why was Alex not demanding they find out who did this. If he's too distraught, then why isn't his brother Randy, his law partners, his brother John Marvin, the sheriff buddy that was following John Marvin. Why did not one of them question why the house wasn't taped off? Why is nobody questioning anything and demanding they go above and beyond to get all evidence to get this solved? They all know how things need to go and yet nobody seems concerned about that?

I know why Alex wasn't.. but Randy, John Marvin, Law partners? Interesting that those on the scene that did know who this family was didn't get paranoid and want to do it textbook perfect because of who this family was.

More importantly, why not Danny Henderson, AM's personal attorney who was already on the scene before Det Rutland arrived?!

(Attorneys from the firm have testified they were present as friends and also in shock and in grief).

Rutland located Murdaugh standing behind his brother Randy's truck, and his "personal attorney," Danny Henderson was on scene. Murdaugh agreed to speak to them.

Det. Rutland was at home in Ridgeland (~45 mins from Walterboro) when call came in for 4147 Moselle Rd homicide. Stopped in Walterboro to secure a search warrant. Once she arrived at the scene, SLED and Colleton deputies were already on scene. "I was basically the last one there."

I’ve found the prosecutor’s case WEAK and based on evidence thus far, I couldn’t convict him. Literally a TON of reasonable doubt.

Im happy to hear again about the family weapon testimony, the shell casings found near the house in the flower beds and shooting range. concluded it was the same casings ejected, found around MM, a family weapon. (which is now missing)

"I will be going up next week," said Dr. Kinsey. lol

He should be compensated for his work.

I grew up in a small town. This guy and all his buddies were corrupt and filthy. Taking care of one another and putting the screws to anyone else! I would like to know where all the dead bodies are.
We may never know, but I’m hoping at least we get some answers on Stephen Smith and Gloria Satterfield. The courts could be busy for quite awhile just with Murdaugh related cases.
