From what I've seen today, Palmbach is a dirty stinking liar to come to the conclusions he did. Eisenstat wouldn't know any better, but Palmbach is expert enough to know that he was spreading manure while on the stand.

99.9% is by anyones standards, beyond a reasonable doubt. This is the problem, too many people do not understand “reasonable doubt” feeling kind of like we need to go to professional jurors….

And "reasonable" doesn't mean inventing scenarios that had that 0.1% chance of being true, like, maybe a pair of armed people were hog hunting on the property at Moselle that night.

And for those who don’t think a husband and father can do such a thing, go read some more true crime stories. Mothers, fathers, boyfriends, girlfriends, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles—so many cases of familial homicide.

This is all too true and common. Just go read the crime section of any local news site and you will see all that in more in spades. There's an unspeakable horror going on daily somewhere.
