Buster being escorted by armed security….is this a common practice for families of defendants?
First time I've seen video of any family members arriving with armed security

You know, its not like he has any control whatsoever, as to what time he is delivered to court. imo.
He looked pretty rough yesterday, I wonder if there has EVER been a defendant that is too sick or too emotionally drained that they can't attend on a trial day...just curious

I can only speak to NY juries but this may be true in other/all jurisdictions. The judge generally tells the jury they can choose to consider all, part or none of any witness statement.
True of all jurisdictions for jurors to use their own judgment in assessing the credibility of witnesses including AM. We heard this during an objection by the defense where Judge Newman agreed with the State that the evidence went to AM's credibility (as a witness).

It was disappointing, but I understand why the jury did what they did. If different charges were given to them to consider, she would have been found guilty on those. It was the specific charge they didn't agree with and couldn't find her guilty of that.

That jury does not get off that easy. They were given lots of lesser charges. I've attached their verdict form.

Are family worried about their lives? I've not read anything about trying to find the killer(s) of MM and PM? Maybe I missed article and if so, someone kindly link, please. TIA

Dang! Those stats have certainly changed!!
I think because previously the votes were how the viewers of the Livestream would vote.

Today the viewers are voting on how they think the Jury will vote.

But yeah, shocked me at first!

CourtTV said that the wedding venue defense rented is booked March 1 and they have to move out. May be why someone was so grumpy?
So they are homeless? With all the media in town there might be "no room at the inns"....I guess JMM would let them move into Moselle for a few days if need be. jmo

More jury view notes: After the jury left the few members of media were allowed on the property: We had roughly 14 minutes to view the kennels and shed. There are no animals in the kennels. No ATVs visible.

More from media view: The concrete pad where Paul fell is within sight of the corner of the shed, where Maggie’s body was found. Maggie fell roughly 12 steps from where Paul would have fallen

It might be a good practice when when you're trying to tell the world you're afraid for your life because there's a killer on the loose.
Wonder if he and JMM had security while gambling in Vegas?

Dang! Those stats have certainly changed!!
I have to wonder if the number of people "tuning in" now has gone way up and that is reflected in the poll numbers, that more people with more diverse opinions are "weighing in" than earlier in the trial when the audience was smaller? JMO
