CWs closing so far has been impeccable.
Like a good teacher giving a lesson that is really easy to follow.

I'm more convinced than ever that they will reach the correct verdict which is Guilty.

Lol -- AM's body language says it all. He regards A/G Waters as a little man that he can chew up and spit out. But AM forgets that he's sleepin in a jail cell every night.

It is common. Narcissists don't change. They have this mentality of superiority. That is why most addiction treatment centers attempt to get clients to hit rock bottom and acknowledge how their addiction affected others. I doubt AM ever got there. He probably hasn't even acknowledged it to himself. He is still an addict, the term is "Dry Drunk". Sure, they don't drink any more, but nothing else has changed.

It has been impressive but I was hoping for more when he got into 1000 Mgs of oxy a day.

Wondering about Buster. Did he/will he receive no inheritance?
Not from his mother (her entire estate left to AM) but by the graciousness of the Beach Family and John Marvin that negotiated about $500K directed to Buster from liquidation proceeds of MM's estate.

I’m appreciating the way CW is moving through the timelines in layman’s terms, hopefully easy for the jury to follow. The jury heard some of this evidence so long ago so it’s good to have it reviewed for them. In spite of some people not liking all the financial review, I feel it’s an extremely important element as to what was happening in AM’s life that could have prompted his decision to eliminate his wife and son.

100% AM still has that mindset that he is above all this and that's a scary thought knowing that's just the tip of the iceburg of the soulless man who can and will take all from you including your life.

I'm sure the jury would find it very odd if, after all the voluminous financial testimony, CW did not suitably review it. He's spending as much time as that long history deserves. It's only Alex's fault that there is so much financial misconduct to go over.

He said he was going to get into that more probably after lunch.

The financial crimes in this case are so key to why AM would allegedly eliminate 2 family members that it bears a decent "recap" in closing arguments, IMO
I think some are missing that it isn't just the financial crimes because he had been doing those for years, but it's the fact that someone was on to what he was doing. Interesting enough his law partners didn't think he was stealing, they thought he was trying to hide money so he didn't have to disclose it for the boat case. The boat case was in his mind the catalyst for his financial crimes to be found out. He would need to disclose the financials AND he couldn't make that go away.. or could he? I'd say it worked so if some random person did this, it sure did help him skirt the financial issues for 3 more months. At the time he committed the murders, he believed he could skirt the financials FOREVER if Paul was killed and they thought it was because of the boat case.. he believed they would drop that case and I believe Mark Tinsley even said that much as well. I'll have to go find his exact statement on the stand.. something like their case would be over.

AM didn't kill Maggie and Paul because he thought out a plan to help himself financially.

The variables in his brain were multiple and as he said, "Whoever did this thought about it for a long time." I keep thinking of the SM pictures of AM partying on a boat with young women, popping jello shots or whatever he was doing. I keep thinking about the pictures that popped up on his phone immediately after AM came home from his mom's house. He styled himself as a partier and a playboy. He did NOT like having his own way of life disrupted in any manner. He's a complete egotist.

The stress of the finances and the problem with the pills were merely icing on the cake, so to speak, of his own malignant narcissism. How dare anyone foil his plans?? His view of love was owning and paying for people.

I think he fantasized about killing people frequently. I am not surprised, there are quite a few people who do have dark, angry thoughts. Family annihilators and wife murderers share a lot of mental traits. IMO. And IME after years of studying people who are in jail or prison or in a hospital for the criminally insane (and talking long hours with people who spend time with them in those contexts).

I’m
I’ve been watching Fitnews live on YT where they’re taking us through the tour of Moselle.
Was just about to post also!
Excellent visuals
They left Maggie’s bicycle to rust out there in front, wow so sad
