If eyes could kill, poor CW would be dead!

After defense ends their closing statements does the Prosecutor have the ability to speak again before the judge's instructions and deliberations?

CW sure is putting it ALL together very, very well, IMO

Is anyone else noticing how dark AM's eyes are, as he looks at CW during CW's closing statement? (And...some others here on WS have also noticed how AM gets a "distant" look in his eyes whenever the actual crime scene and the victims are mentioned...as if...AM is re-living the horrible memory of that night back in June of 2021.)
Someone on here referred to him as having shark eyes. I agree.

Yes, I heard that yesterday. I forget what they called it, but there can be a reply or response to what the defense says.

It's everything I've been thinking but haven't been able to put into words. Plus, he's filling in things that I may have been questioning in my mind.
Riveting.

CW is really bringing this all together at the moment. The contrast with DH's theatrics has been refreshing.

All the jury has to do is look at AM’s face during this closing by CW and they have their answer as to how to vote … I wonder if they see the change?

Yes because the prosecution has the burden of proof, they get the final say so they have a “rebuttal“ opportunity after the defense.

Prosecutor Waters is giving a compelling timeline that points out the lies Alex told at the must critical time-- the time of the murders -- and Alex lied about it trying to say he wasn't there. Lied until he got caught in his lie-- he was there when his son and wife were shot, shot, shot dead.

Of all facts, the most important one is who was there when Maggie and Paul were murdered. And Alex lied about it.

He’s doing a lot of smirking at JG imo

Evidently it was easier to steal and so much more fun. Bankruptcy is no fun...you can't keep everything and he needed everything. Did any Murdaugh ever file for bankruptcy?
Yep, 100%

He may have become 'addicted' to the thrill of pulling the wool over people's eyes who trusted him and seeing how much he could get away with and steal.
You can't do that when you file for bankruptcy. JMO
Definitively

he doesn't know who killed them , it's not his responsibility to find the killers..they are dead and he thinks it could be anyone...I think it sounds phony if he makes these statements..obviously LE should find the real killer/killers. mOO
I personally believe LE has found the "real killer". He's currently being tried for a double murder.
