Oh no please…then Dick will have to jump in!
Interesting.....since judge already ruled he won't allow defense to split their closing.

This is so lame. There's nothing that Sled may have missed that can make up for the damning kennel video.

He needs to play up the pollen issues because this is not good. AM isn't very happy at all. I wish we could see DH and his reactions to this!

Now we will hear all about how law enforcement bungled the crime scene forensics on another privileged white guy, yet somehow were also determined to frame him for the crime from day 1

Only one of these things can be true
So I guess this arguement is shaping up to be it's easy to frame a lying thief?

Maybe AM should have delivered the closing

Impugning Miss Shelley now.

I was set for DH to take us all into altered states and triangles of mystery but remember how many times from the start of the investigation AM has lied and mislead all and bet his attorneys as well and why they had to keep switching tactics to defend AM. DH is struggling to keep up and convey all this IMO.

Clearly JMM is the key to both the searches at Moselle and Almeda houses.

She better get her cholesterol checked!

(Well, some people can eat 12 eggs a day with relative impunity, but there are other side effects too...maybe she's doing keto).

What a strange thing.
Lol, yep, I believe dr. berg recommends four eggs a day?

JG’s style is beyond annoying to my ears …

My experience as a trial attorney is we'll likely have a verdict Friday. Despite their oaths the jurors have likely made up their minds with few exceptions. Juror who was excused was likely defense leaning or we wouldn't have heard a word from DH. Both sides have their scorecards of which jurors they think are in their camp and those that aren't. Weekends are simply too enticing as an incentive to wrap things up particularly a long trial like this. I commend the judge; he's kept the sttorneys on a leash and created an amicable atmoshpere in his courtroom. If th4y deliberate beyond Friday I believe we're looking at a hung jury.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm with DH - I'm struggling to keep up with this closing too.

What is happening? This is like me trying to answer after the teacher calls on me while I was staring out the window…moo

How embarrassing to be known as the rule breaking juror that brought a dozen eggs into the jury room on the national stage!
Oh surely it's an international stage; maybe we can get her on BBC or CBC later to discuss her eggstraordinary gaff.

JG says it's crazy to think Alex got in the golf cart "butt naked."

AM frowning a lot this morning … bet he’s thinking he could do a better job!
