the fact the jurors were sitting in the back room streaming the hearing is shocking.they were being called in one by one ... and not supposed to hear what each other were saying or the arguments being made by the lawyers.judge says their cell phones have now been taken.

well there's nothing they can do about it now. The proceedings must go on and the jurors must be questioned. it's already in the bag the Judge is proceeding for the record and nothing that happens going forward will change the outcome.

OMG now it's been found out that the remaining jurors have been following Court TV on their phone and they are going to suspend further testimony coverage until they've had a chance to address this.

I have to agree with Harpootlian the judge should’ve confirmed with the first juror whether it was both (Hill and other jurors) or one or the other that influenced her verdict. State should just stop this right now and agree to give AM a new trial. And you know what? I hate to say it but these jurors are ******* me off!!! Ugghhhhhhhh. Do they understand how serious this is??? JMO
