I have NO care about defendant AM. But I like what one of the commentators said. That the issue of a fair trial exceeds the boundaries of this particular case. What if Becky Hill has done this for years? As horrible as it is, AM deserves a fair trial. No avoiding this. IMO, MOO

What should happen to them? They know how serious this is and they broke the rules. Can they be found in contempt of court? Talk about a runaway jury!!! Really disgusting to me.

So judge HAD ordered a bailiff be in the jury room with them at all times and that order was not followed!!

Wow. I don’t know what’s going on in Colleton County but this whole case has been a joke from beginning to end! A complete joke.

Slap me! I thought this was all smoke and mirrors for a desperate defense. I am beyond wrong.

Yep, all it takes is ONE juror to feel pressured on their verdict by other jurors or BH to overturn the trial.

Once again the Judge didn't remind the juror that they should not discuss their testimony!! Judge hasn't learned that lesson and it should be stated and on the record after each juror leaves the stand. JMO
