From all reports, it looks like they are doing everything they can to sweep this under the rug. FB comments from former co-workers show that she has had multiple complaints filed against her. My question is this...what will it take for her to be terminated? The caller could have been hurt or worse and the fault would have fallen on this agency. The officer should have gotten out of his patrol car and checked the premises. And then should have talked to the caller.
I'm a huge supporter of law enforcement but this is a total failure on both agencies.
