The Tapas handwritten timeline has one consistency - LE were alerted at 10pm.

The exact same time the "abductor" was seen carrying her away.

Kate had to have seen the abductor in the apartment.

She yelled "they've taken her" before she was gone.

I don't understand why Kate would have to have seen him in the apartment if he was spotted some distance away at the beach at around the same time Kate sounded the alarm.

As he reached this artery, he crossed an individual holding a child. He notes that it is normal to see people carrying children, especially during the holiday season. This individual was walking the downward path, in the opposite direction. He is not aware where this person was headed. He only saw him as they passed each other. He assumed it was a father and daughter and thought nothing more of it.
• Urged, states that when he passed this individual, it must have been around 22H00.

Here's my line of thought -

Kate went and did her "check" at 9.55.

The alarm was sounded at 10.

The Smiths saw the "perp" at "around" 10, 5 minutes walk away.

The perp is alleged to have exited the window.

The perp gets out of the window (Tapas side) with Madeleine at what time?

By necessity, it has to be pretty much right on 9.55.

Kate would have seen him leaving.

A. It is a five minutes walk between point 1 and point 2.
B. I am seen at point 2 at a certain time.

Your conclusion is
C. I must have been at point 1 exactly five minutes ago.

But C does not follow. Just because it's normally a five minutes walk doesn't mean that I can't take longer than that or take a different route and stop somewhere else on the way.

BIGGEST QUESTION OF THE NIGHT: Why didn't they mention anything about the dogs and DNA found in car? Why have they buried this information? I believe Eddie and Keela more than McCann family.

JMO but it is not out of the question to me that an abductor might take a longer time than you and me to walk a certain route. Say, if he sees someone he doesn't want to see him with a child that doesn't belong to him or if he gets the urge to molest her behind the bushes straight away.

I'm not sure when Mr. McCann went to check on the children and when the man in the new sketch(es) was seen. I think the 2nd sketch on this page (the less creepy looking one, scroll down past madeline's pic), looks like Mr. McCann. The Smiths were VILLIFIED by many people, because they said it was GERRY McCann they saw carrying the child.

Now they have given the sketch and also intimated this guy is German now that is a new piece of information they mentioned before did he speak to them?

I don't think the "German-speaking" person/people has anything to do with the Smiths' sighting. There are other witnesses who have reported seeing various people near the apartment who they think might warrant investigation.

I'm excited by the update this morning !!

Jane Tanners eye witness account corroborated and now independent callers calling to identify suspect.

Other people also saw him.

I think this could be the break that will lead to Madeleine being found.
