I hate to say this, because I always try to find the good in people. I really hate having to admit someone is bad. However, in this case, I would have (as a mom) already printed out SA's picture and took it to my kids and sat them down and asked if they knew this man. If they said yes I would be asking them some very detailed questions. I'm tender on the subject as it is - but I would be finding out if he had ever gotten near my babies. I wonder if any of the CCity people have done that.

I have to think that if even one image of Hailey had been found, SA would be arrested, as they KNOW she is underage and would not have to do any digging to try to find out. His relatives probably did not have access to Hailey to photograph her in any way, so it would be reasonable to conclude that he did it.

The pornographic images were believed to have been made with the Kodak Easy Share Camera.

They were MADE.

Did they involve children?

The affidavit also states that some of the pornographic images retrieved from a memory stick and cell phone belonging to Shawn Adkins were made using a Kodak Easy Share camera. Two of those cameras were found at his grandmother's home in Dunn.

I cant help but wonder ever since LE stated that every single electronic device of SA has had child sexual abuse photos on them so I went and did a little digging around for what kind of memory card could be used in the Kodak Easy Share camera as well as what kind of memory card the trail hiking cameras used and what do you know they both can use the SD memory card, this may very well explain why there were no memory cards in the hiking trail cameras....I can only imagine what may have been on those cameras and then SA would be able to tape away on the hiking trail camera and then take out the memory card and place it in his camera to view the contents and then he could just pop it into his printer to print what he had possibly done while taping in the woods....Below are the links that I found showing that both devices can use the same SD card.

Kimmer, I think the trail cam thing was a rumor only and has never been verified by any warrants or stories in the MSM. At least I've never seen anything about it that confirms it was true.

(For those who are new here, there was a rumor that SA's family owned hunting land where some trailcams had memory cards stolen. But that has never been verified as a fact.)

The search warrant affidavit was released Friday through a Freedom of Information Act request to a court in Scurry County by KTXS-TV in Abilene and then shared with NewsWest9.<snipped>

I understand that the reason LE went to bd's was to serve sa with a warrant. My question is did they serve him and get what ever it was they wanted? Did they search him at bd's before they took her away? tia

I am totally creeped out right now! What about pinhole cameras? DID LE CHECKFOR SOMETHING LIKE THAT? In HD's bathroom/bedroom? They are almost impossible to see with the naked eye. We know about the hunting cameras! had he been watching her shower, change clothes?? I bet he had images/footage of HD! THINK ABOUT IT! ~all the SD cards were missing from the hunting cameras!
The only thing I can think of would be momentos from past crimes/missing girls...

Do you know how to locate these cameras! You look through a cell phone with the camera on! Try it with your remote controller! Take out your phone open your camera app turn the remote end toward the lens and hit the on/off button! DID YA SE IT?? You can't see the red light with the naked eye, but as you look through your cell you CAN! You can use it in dressing rooms and public bathrooms as well, it works!

I'm just glad it was me, and not someone else that had to go through it. I cringe to think of someone younger or an elderly person being subjected to it. This is the only place I have ever been comfortable talking about it. So thank Y'all :crazy:

Thank you for sharing such a painful thing. It wasn't until a few years ago when I started following a case here at WS that I was made aware of the magnitude of crimes against children. It blew my mind then and continues to do so. I admire survivors (you) that are willing to share in hopes that maybe 1 other child will be saved. You are a blessing!:hug:

You could definitely use the same memory cards in two EasyShare cameras... as well as email pictures to your phone.

Regardless of what you are using the SD card in... it isn't just the type of card... but the SIZE that matters. (Really, no pun intended... I couldn't figure out how else to phrase that.)

Example...

I have a Kodak EasyShare P850. (Which, by the way also takes VIDEO.) I have a 1GB SD card for it and always have.

I also have a Nikon D40 and have a 1GB SD card for that. It wasn't uncommon for me to swap the cards back and forth all the time. I would hook up one camera to download pictures and then just put all memory cards in that camera one at a time.

Then I got a 4GB card for my Nikon D40, so I didn't have to switch cards while shooting a wedding or something.

I cannot use the 4GB SD card in the Kodak EasyShare P850. They do HAVE 4GB Kodak SD cards for it, but just a standard one doesn't work.

The SD card one would use on a trail camera sounds like it would be a large one... at least 4GB, to hold "thousands" of pictures. Unless it was a KODAK SD card, odds are not good it would then work in a Kodak EasyShare camera.

I giggled as I thought about all of us going round public places looking high and low through our cell phones. Somebody will prob think you're taking pictures of them and call the cops, lol.

imo. bd seems to me like a person who will do just about ANYTHING for the money. She likes to show how she can do everything on her own. IMO these 2 hooking up brought together sa's young age/maturity level, bd's own maturity level & lack of moral compass, add in the economic times we are in and the fact they are both drug users. Yes i think they were making money off pics. or trying to.

GOOD question! You are correct but the on off button only refers to infared remote controls as the infared is only activated when a button on the remote is pressed. Pin Hole cameras can run constantly or be activated when they sense movement and be set to capture a picture as often as every few seconds OR a video as long as movement contines then stops recording after a preset time with lack of movement. Or 24/7..
Went and got my camera. Kodak Easy Share C875. AND YES!!! It works too. My neigjbor has a camera aimed in the cul-de-sac,he says he can read license plates as car exit the turn. It's dark I'm going to see if my camera and phone can find his light... MOON may be too bright... I do not know where he has them mounted ...:waitasec: be right back :websleuther:
