How Horrible to be filming that live and it ends up they do find Lisa.

But if that is the case, we can thank God that this baby can be brought home to rest. I hate to think of her lying in the ground or in a creek someplace.

I used to live by the Arkansas river in Colorado. The waters at that point were considered class 5 white water rafting. Most folks that didn't know that, had a hard time with them. Every year we lived there there were at least 2 deaths. More then once they have done this same thing, when looking for a body.

Anyone wondering why we haven't heard anything from Wild Bill Stanton in the wake of the interview blitz this morning? I wonder if he's with the family now and/or will he be appearing at the interview this afternoon?

With a backhoe diverting the water, I am thinking LE must have very specific info about where to search.
Uggghhh....I am not liking this.

A backhoe? Why not just use a dog?

Babies and small children- you know how they have been known to be found pretty deep (ie- 50ft wells, sinkholes, caught in banks etc)?
Usually need heavy equipment, even if the dog(s) alert on correct location. :(

This has been one of my concerns from the start.

How far is the creek from the Irwin home?

No specific info on what led the searchers to this creek, according to kmbc live stream commentary.

makes me wonder if LE didn't tell DB & JI they need to come back down to the police station for another round of questioning.

With metal detectors and a backhoe (not a delicate operation) I am thinking cell phone search, IDK.

Going to re-route the creek.

Not an easy task, is there a pic of this creek ?

A creek to me, living in Colorado is similar to a small river .........
