Wondering about "the supposed but not verified 2:30 a.m. phone call/text" because if someone else was called for help they could've drove out of the area to dispose. However, close to the home is probably the best bet, as we learned in other cases.

:candle:

Supposedly....Ashley Irwin discounted the phone call/text in her twitter feed.

Six or 7 years ago Debbie was a teenager. She's only 25 now, and her son is only 6.
I doubt this account is true.

I am not getting your point. Yes, she would have been a teenager six or seven years ago, but what does that have to do with anything?

The MO National Guard soldiers though are still searching the wooded area about 0.3 miles from the Irwin home where #LisaIrwin disappeared.

Mitch Weber is a TV journalist in KC MO.

They appear to be searching extremely close to the Irwin home..

As already been pointed out, maybe the cell phones were pinging close to home, so they are trying to find them.

The dumpster fire was intentionally trying to give the opposite direction than where the baby was taken, IMO.

I think this was meant for me, my apologies. I did find that on Shad blog but didnt realize that her link came out but the other link did not. Do you accept things from her blog though. I want to follow the rules, just not sure what ALL of them are, still learning here. Once again, sorry.

Since I'm not an assigned mod for this forum, I'm really not sure. I sent an alert to the mods so they can let us both know. :)

The search by the MO National Guard soldiers has officially ended. No word if they discovered any clues in the disappearance of #LisaIrwin

If there are any shots of the river searchers or other info, please link them. TIA.

Well CNN had no news on the search for baby Lisa. Other than to say that the NG has been brought in for a fresh set of eyes and they are re-searching some area's over again. I watched this on TV so I have nothing to link for you but you might find something on their web site. It was really just a no information report. Like usual. I wish we would find this poor baby already, if she is gone, just to bring her home to rest.

I too have been curious about the river for quite some time now. For several days I've leaned a little towards the mother's possible involvement and just looking at her body stature, and her mobility I feel that if she was infact involved, that she would have disposed of this child in an easy manner, not something complicated like a long walk through a wooded area. Something as simple as finding the closest parking spot in a parking lot. Something she could drive up to or walk to.

The Missouri River is very easily accessible on both the North and South side near her home. If you go east of I-435 which is just about a mile to the east of the Irwin home, there are only a couple of places you can physically drive up to the river and actually walk up to it. I'd like to see them do a shoreline search for several miles to the east of Cheateau bridge.

There were a few earlier on. Try the station that has the live blog with pictures imbedded and go to the first of the case. Ohterwise I have seen none published since then other than on live stream helicopter. they showed some when they were searching 210 & N brighton live.

Not as easily accessible as it looks. Lots of barriers in most places. I would think if she was responsible there are so many much easier places.

In my theory she had an accomplice take care of it. Where along that river is it possible to walk down to the water? Is it possible to wade in a bit and set something down (a body)? TIA.

Open up Google Earth and look at the river just south of 210/Armour highway from the west of Chouteau bridge and follow it east just past I-435.

If you are local like I am, you know that's on of the most easily accessed areas of the river. There are two spots downtown you can access the river, and if you go east of I-435 you would have to drive all the way to 210 & 291 then south to Labenite Park to be able to have an area you can physically walk up to the river at.

I'm not necessarily saying an area where you can drive your car up to, open your door and dip your fingers into the water. I'm talking about areas where you might have to walk a 1/2 city block to access it.

That particular area is very isolated at night also, especially the side road to the south of 210 that runs to the old Sams Town casino.

You could also easily drive across the Chouteau bridge and go into the industrial area on the south side of the river probably more easily undetected and walk up to the river on the south side.

Wading would definitely not be a good idea. Running high and fast. Still lots of flood debris coming down. There are a few places, but definitely not easy at night to navigate. The river area around here is not developed. It is very rugged and has lots of damage from being flooded. The banks are not stable at all from what I can see when we go down to check the level. The bank has been severely cut out and has a steep drop off right now where the water washed out the bank and now has receded. Much easier to use the bridge if disposing in the river, but they are all pretty heavily traveled even at night.

Are there any areas cleared out/ set up for fishing?

You could go to LaBenite but we were talking close. The banks are not stable at all right now from flooding in this immediate area. Old Sam's Town property is under surveillance. Industrial area to river is blocked by levee (not to say it couldn't be done, but not easily), then once you trek up the levee and down the other side you have the damaged river banks again. Its just not as easy as it seems like it would be right now, anyway. So many easier variables to be had with less ways to be seen.

Search boats along the Missouri River. It was not known if these boats were involved in the search for baby Lisa.

That was 6 days ago. If it wasn't for your personal knowledge of them being there I wouldn't see that from the reporting, so thank you. I really think they will find her here.

Not in the immediate area. You would have to go around the downtown area to the west or almost Independence area to the east. There is an area a little to the west on the south side of the river called River Front Park (name is deceiving - not a park as we think of) but they close the gates at night (or used to anyway). This is where they are entering the river at for the searches,

I have a questions...one other thing I notice - does a mother who puts her child to bed at 7:30 as a regular bedtime routine - does she put her baby to bed in an daytime outfit? I sell children's clothing and it seems to me that if the baby didn't fall asleep and was put through a normal bedtime routine wouldn't the baby be in pj"s, a sleeper? a footie sleeper or a t-shirt or even just her diaper - some type of bed time attire? would you go thru a night time routine and leave their day clothing on? sounds a bit strange that she was in a short daytime outfit when she was put to bed by mommy.. any opinions?
