That was 6 days ago. If it wasn't for your personal knowledge of them being there I wouldn't see that from the reporting, so thank you. I really think they will find her here.

Oct 10, LE and search teams were looking for a deceased baby. Otherwise there wouldn't have been river/water searches.

imo

I hate to agree with you about this particular theory but I agree the baby will likely be found there.

imo

I have a questions...one other thing I notice - does a mother who puts her child to bed at 7:30 as a regular bedtime routine - does she put her baby to bed in an daytime outfit? I sell children's clothing and it seems to me that if the baby didn't fall asleep and was put through a normal bedtime routine wouldn't the baby be in pj"s, a sleeper? a footie sleeper or a t-shirt or even just her diaper - some type of bed time attire? would you go thru a night time routine and leave their day clothing on? sounds a bit strange that she was in a short daytime outfit when she was put to bed by mommy.. any opinions?
I am sure you have run across childrens pj's that are 'shorts and a shirt' type pj's. We don't know she was not in pj's.

You could go to LaBenite but we were talking close. The banks are not stable at all right now from flooding in this immediate area. Old Sam's Town property is under surveillance. Industrial area to river is blocked by levee (not to say it couldn't be done, but not easily), then once you trek up the levee and down the other side you have the damaged river banks again. Its just not as easy as it seems like it would be right now, anyway. So many easier variables to be had with less ways to be seen.

Thanks. So if it were you where around that spot would you put the body in the river?

This is Riverfront Park. Not much of a park, huh?

In da middle,
Is there an area where the river splits and goes into rapid type water?

Do we know the shorts were day clothes? There are short PJ sets too- my kids had a lot of Carter's sets that had cute little ruffle shorts. I have two who wore more sleepers and one who always sweat in her sleep, so she wore more short-sets.

Definitely not. Not nearby, anyway.

Well, ok, but let's say you felt confident you were mis-directing everybody with the dumpster fire, and people would conclude you went north. You were simply wanting to dispose of the body in the river, weight it down, and get out of there without being seen. You are in a hurry, don't want to hurt yourself, don't want to make a big production of it, and are feeling rather paranoid. Where along 210 and N. Brighton spot of river is something that reasonably matches that criteria? TIA.

Nope. Runs this way all the way to St. Louis where it meets and becomes the Mississippi. Up stream a ways the Kansas River meets the Missouri.

What is the access to the river like off of the RR tracks off of NE Birmingham Rd?

Well i would think premeditation and no accident. If they had to think of ways to through the police off. yikes. :seeya:

Dunno. It's not really something I think about on a daily basis. I would be too afraid of being seen anywhere close to here in that area.

I spent a couple of hours a few weeks ago up at the site where Laci Peterson was put into the water. It was a reminder to never discount an area just because it's busy and not remote.

the area of Birmingham road by where the presser was is partly private property of the grain elevator and I am pretty sure it is surveiled. Further down the road several houses and from riding our bikes down there loose dogs. Further down, Chouteau Bridge is where private property of the RR starts. It looks easy looking at the map, but especially not at night.

IMO the accomplice had a vehicle but walked to the river. He would not have walked far from the entrance point at N. Brighton and Hwy 210 spot. Whereever one can walk down to the river banks, that is where I would check. IMO, he put the body there and then walked back to his car and got out of there.

I asked about fishing because sometimes people use designated areas and others know of secret spots, places where you can squeeze through bushes and get past barricades. This would be someone that fishes. Wonder who fishes? hmm

Mods have asked us to move on past the PJ debate in past threads. It tends to become page after page of "hinky" versus "no big deal".

This thread is for search discussion. I know it is confusing sometimes for new posters but we do need to try not to wander off topic into the perilous pit of PJ trivia!

I'm not a mod and no one has to do what I say, I just thought it would help to repeat mod's instructions which some may have missed! Peace!:innocent:

This sums it up well. IMO this river area would mean premeditation, especially at night.

The area right at 210 & N Brighton is wooded between the river and the road.
