At 10 months my oldest daughter could climb out of her crib and was walking. My youngest walked before she was a year...I don't rmember her crib climbing abilities...baby Lisa has turned 11 months...was she walking, could she climb out?

In Da Middle can you think of anyplace the kids go to party that would be deserted? The lover's lanes? Because these are fairly young people who grew up in the neighborhood I am thinking that this would be the type of place they might take a deceased child.
Most of them in the area, that I know of, go to this very area they are searching. I am sure there are more though. Waaaay past my needing to find a place to party days.

I have always told myself that I'd never be one of "those people" who skipped to the end of a thread to ask, "What did I miss?" but...omg what did I miss today?! I am so far behind on this forum that I'm feeling truly overwhelmed. :(

I was so hoping for a break in the case today. 4 searches and no Lisa. :(

there used to be an area just north of the clearing in between the footbridge and the little bridge that floods where the older-than-my-group kids would sneak in the woods to smoke , but it was just a small clearing and im sure that area was well searched many times over. that and the little suspension bridge that was put up south of there as someones boyscout project are the only hangouts i remember, but these where 10+ years ago

How long have they lived in the area?

Ask in the Interviews thread and I'll give you a quick summary. :)

Here is the 2 cent summary :):
LE sent cadaver dogs and lots of LE to the house where Jeremy and Deborah have been staying. The dogs went all around and even into the house. Then the creek (or small pond with a creek) behind this home was drained by an amazing effort of a backhoe and suction equipment. LE also had metal detectors and shovels at this site and another site. Later we heard that the neighbor near Lisa's home was searched and LE took out some bags of unknown items. We also discussed excuses to use on our spouses tonight since we read about this case for hours on Websleuth and didn't do diddly around the house. ;)

I tried my best to keep up as I popped in + out today, whew. Aside from the "bags" removed from the neighbor's home, that LE asked the media not to film, did any other bits come to light today from the searches? I was very curious when they headed to the house the parents are staying at now, to search... interesting.

I'm on Dr. orders to not do diddly for a couple days, so I weasled right out of having to come up with yet another excuse :great:
Can't ya'll get Dr. Fessel to write a similar scrip for ya?

Do any of the locals know where JI and his buddies would go fishing. I get the feeling if any of the family members buried Little Lisa they might do it in a place that is peaceful and has meaning to them. Maybe she is buried near DB's mother's grave?

If kids go to a place to party, then it wouldn't be deserted. I think a more likely place would be whereever that kitten was found.

Note: in the video I posted above the neighbor is named. Our mod Grandma has said not to sleuth that person or post their name here. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that missed grandma's post on another thread.

Excellent question - I hadn't heard he likes to go fishing. Has that been covered somewhere? Would be interesting if he liked to fish by that old casino. It is apparently a popular spot for fishing.

(fire below is actually next to the water in a dumpster there)

If you are seeing image for fist time, notice the face of a sad clown in the blue/white part (apparently a dirt pit, not water there.)

I'm sorry if this seems rude, but whatever happened to the general Lisa Irwin threads? This is totally confusing to me. When I look for "lisa irwin" it brings up all of these various subjects, all I'm concerned w/ is Lisa. What happened? Plus, it's unclear as to how recent they are. Just seems disorganized to me, but then what do I know. Appreciate if someone could address this issue.

It can definitely be overwhelming when a case gets its own forum, but when they start moving very fast it actually helps. Separating topics out allows people to focus on certain aspects and keeps a thread from filling up 30 pages in a matter of minutes which can happen if there is a lot going on. I find it easiest to get to the forum for the case and then scroll thru the different thread titles to see what I want to read farther on. For me personally the separation is wonderful. My primary focus here is SAR and so I really don't care about alot else, it just clutters it all up for me, but I totally get how it's overwhelming! HTH

I'm not sure we have a general discussion thread neesaki. Our mods made a thread for each topic from the general thread. I know that's not much help.
