Now I have to wonder what the damn chloroform was used for. I see no logical reason for KC to need to knock her out for that short amount of time. Or that she would spend all the effort making it for that short of a time period of "payoff."
When they first said they found chloroform in the car I thought someone used it to clean the trunk.
The most common use of chloroform today is a dry cleaning solvent. It's good for cleaning stains that are greasy IE fat soluble, since people are full of adipose tissue my first thought was chloroform would be excellent for cleaning a stain left behind by a decomposing body. It is colorless and leaves behind a sweet smell.
Unfortunately for KC she waited too long to think about the odor she was leaving behind. I don't think that smell will ever go away. That car is headed for the scrap yard to be sold for parts.
