I'm back inside the courtroom with Day 19 Part 3 of the evidentiary hearing, Pseudo is explaining the cookie file and the UPorn cookies that appear there, they were a referral from Alexa (at 14:35 on this video), which Pseudo is calling a 'search engine, like Google, Yahoo, etc. but I don't think that's a correct view, it provides mainly internet analytics for businesses - from Wiki:

Its toolbar collects data on browsing behavior and transmits them to the Alexa website, where they are stored and analyzed, forming the basis for the company's web traffic reporting. According to its website, Alexa provides traffic data, global rankings and other information on 30 million websites,[5] and as of 2015 its website is visited by over 6.5 million people monthly.

I don't believe that Travis used the Alexa toolbar to search for

sites (the first cookie was after 3:00 a.m. and cookie times related to

videos went through at least 10:30), I think it came from the viruses he had on his laptop that survived the cleaning (was it Taylor Searle who he called to help him with this on June 1st?). Not that it matters, it had really nothing to do with the case itself, but it is annoying to have a 'data scientist' describe something that is misleading in a courtroom where it was somewhat possible the judge could have accepted this at face value and agreed with the defense on this motion, and what a miscarriage of justice that would have been, imo.
