Here's a little puzzle from the texts.

Morning of Jan 17 (so, on the timeline, 4 days before pedo lie day).

She texts him to ask if the check to the "court" has cleared.

He replies no, that its just chilling there, why?

She says because she "NEEDs" for the check to clear, and calls the court (?) "slackers."

He replies that the check is pending, so there must have been a request for it to go through.

WTH all the way around. Money being paid to a court by her from his bank account??

BTW, she seems to have had access to his bank card and used it with his knowledge at least once (he texted her he couldn't run errands he needed to because she had his bank card).

"There is the matter of her "income" from the sale of her "art" and all the donations that bunch of goons solicited going UNREPORTED to the IRS and therefore UNTAXED - so my hope is that they are going after her for tax evasion although it would be the US AG's office if it were IRS. Who is being quoted? I don't know about the art sales or other scams by her, but if there really is a trust and it is set up properly, the trust money is not her responsibility and avoiding taxes is in any case a big reason why trusts are set up.

She claims in a letter to her supporters that they turned on really really bright lights that blinded her and she was trying not to squint. It does not look like she was trying not to squint.

That was NOT squinting, her eyes are narrowed because she is pissed! This mug shot captured the real Jodi, the face that Travis saw before he died. She told the truth that she wasn't tired or sad.

If that upsets you then you must read the letter CMJA sent to her supporters from prison. I was furious. She even said that her attorneys told her to say whatever she wanted to the judge on sentencing day. "go for it " they told her the judge is going to give you natural life anyway. So Willnot LIED again. She claims she is perfectly content in prison and has seen lots of friends. Her cell is freshly painted and clean and the food is bland but nutritious. She doen't want the family or the rest of us to think she is suffering in any way.

That's okay, it was amusing. This one pisses me off- the way she would have said more- more knife-twisting of the Alexanders, more verbal stabs at Juan "the corrupt prosecutor", "it wasn't me who brought everyone to trial twice"-Uh, YES it was Jodi, it was not 2nd degree murder, JSS would have disobeyed God, and she goes on about 11 juror misconducts, but should have stood up for #17. God, how I want to slap her!!!:badmood::behindbar:behindbar:behindbar
She's also illiterate. She spells gopher "gofer":banghead::banghead:

I see Arias was in the spin cycle re: her booking photo when she wrote that letter last April. I particularly like this tidbit:

"My mom said I look tired in my DOC photo. someone else said I look sad. I was neither. What happened was they told me where to stand and where to look at the cam), right then someone flipped on three bright halogen lights. It was like trying to stare at the Sun! Or God."

I've never seen a blank, expressionless squint before. She's quite good at it. Maybe she IS possessed by the Devil.

No, the lackey is go-fer, hence gofer. The rodent is spelled gopher, and that's what she was talking about.

I think Jodi is both (rodent and lackey) -- she sorta looks and behaves like a gopher, and yet as a professional waitress/gofer she is always fetching stuff for others.

It's hard to imagine a gofer having gofers, but I'm sure she does (or did).

But the term "gofer" has been around for years. People at work who "go for this or go for that". Gofer.

Usually refers to someone new in the service industry or trades who is working their way up the totem pole.
