'Daft Bodies - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' is the video that JA was describing to Flores. It is the one with people dancing with boxes on their head.

And that video (without the view-time information, but viewed twice from T's computer) is listed under Cookies in T's computer.

Does this mean JA backspaced yet again? I don't know what it means.

Nope, I even sent an e-mail and never received a response nor a bounce back (if account were closed), being that they were uploaded late June 2nd/early a.m. June 3rd it seems to me it could only have been her or Travis. I have wondered if he was uploading pics there to use on his website, some sites partner like that and it's just a click or two to have pics at Flickr show on another site (Ravelry and Flickr work like that) but these pics are still a mystery as to the who and why.

Just watched it. Was this video actually uploaded in T's name on an account that was supposedly his?

ETA...answer is YES. Uploaded on June 5.

If so, here's my guess as to her why: she DESPISED him by June 4- everything about him.

I think she chose the video of him for YouTube she did to mock him as a speaker, and I think this video if posted by her was meant to mock his blog, and his stated belief that he could draw in enough readers to make the blog profitable.

in my experience, it's the cell phone company that decides that, not the phone. THen again, I believe Helio was like Metro and had its own cellular service. In my experience pre 2010, I couldn't check a call log until the month was over. It would be on my bill. I don't know if cell companies have in the last five years or so made it so you can check up to the minute. Oh, they have. It's called caller-id. And there's a call detail, right there in your phone. So I don't know why anyone would have the need to check back 10 days on the internet, unless they clear their call log in their phone all the time.

It's another lie of Jodi's. She knows by heart when she called him, and she knows the records will bear it out. That's why she mentioned the records. She also said she texted him--probably said that for the same reason because she didn't know Verizon wouldn't keep texts logs for that long.



Do you happen to remember if it was like that back in 2008?

I ask because I remember getting mad back then when I needed to find someone's phone number, but my records with Cingular would only show me the previous month.

Yes, it was an active log, so I could see calls from just a few minutes previous to when I logged into my account on the internet. How do I know this for sure? It's how I busted my now ex-husband having an affair. I'm nowhere near as sneaky or sly as JA, but I definitely knew how to check the phone logs online. (And how to clone an email, sending him a request to meet and have sex with some random woman, to which he responded and set up the date and time... and I was there waiting for him).

I'm 100% positive the 3 videos are not a tinfoil-head version. I followed the exact url address. They are listed under History in Dworkin's report.

Tinfoil-head video is listed under Cookies. Dworkin did not provide the time it was viewed or if it was viewed at all, only that its visit count (sorry, not view count) is 2.
I don't know what that 2 visit count means. One for Travis and one for JA?

My ex made contact with a woman on Adult Friend Finder, and sent her an email. I found the email and set up a new email account using "her" email, changing only one character that looked similar using the character map in microsoft. I sent him an email from the new account, and he was unable to tell that the new account was any different. (A simplofied example, changing a character from Zero to a letter O, but with the character map the differences are more minute with some letters).

Keep in mind, this was not the first instance he had been unfaithful, but after finding more evidence right in my face, I had to find a way to know for sure and during a time that I knew everything was going well in our life. This way, he had no way to blame me for his behavior other than the fact that he was a loose douche.

The difference is, I didn't murder him 3 times over. I gave him a few hours to pack his belongings and leave.

Looking at the time spent on Gmail, my pure speculative guess now is that Travis was still on the computer, not the killer.


She couldn't have arrived (made herself known) before or during Daft videos. Theoretically she could have arrived immediately afterwards and have been disposed of somehow by Travis within the 9 minutes which elapsed before computer activity resumed.

Doubtful, IMO. I think Travis took a little break and returned to YouTube, this time watching a video about serving the web by proxy. For whatever reason, relating to her or not. Then he checked his Gmail, briefly, then went to his webpage.

When did she go into his house? While he was awake, after this web activity? Then why say she watched videos with him?

BTW, I think she entered through a window in his office, and that's why the screen was down. His bedroom is over the garage (too noisy, might wake him up) and she might be seen going through the front door.
