GUILTY Serial Rapist Lamont Jam Wilkes

Looking for articles, pictures and Newsfeeds on this man's arrest, trial and conviction. He was called the East Side Rapist. Cincinnati Ohio from 1993-2003. Convicted in 2005. I can't find anything on the case and he plead guilty and was convicted on 14 counts for raping at least 6 women. It was covered on all news outlets, ABC, CBS and WLWT and the Cincinnati Enquirer and Post.

ETA: Apparently there were several serial rapists in Cincinnati during that time.

No. It's so weird. It was a huge deal at the time because they had been trying to catch him for 10 years (though some news reports said 8). His name is Lamont Jam Wilks (Sorry spelled last name with an e and it does not have one). He was 34 yrs old in 2005. He was called the East Side Rapist. Can you print a link on here? I tried Wayback Machine- with no luck. I’m guessing to go old school & try microfiche- either digital or in a library. Depending on the specific paper, there may be access fees. If you’re local in Cincinnati, should be easier. Can also contact a reporter who actively covered the story & ask for copies. Other than that not sure! Odd that it’s so obscure.

I actually do know a reporter who did some of the stories. Not sure if she is still around but she did the Crime Watch. I'll see if I can reach her. Thanks for helping! It was 15 years ago so most of it is not around anymore. I was particularly looking for the sketch of the man that was given to the police before they caught him.
