Sex offender banned from library and park

This creep was at the park and library everyday asking parents could he could hug their children or push them on the swings. One of the moms called police where they found out that he had a record for indecent liberties with a child.

and yet, there he is... on the streets. Sure, ban him from parks and libraries, but how about grocery stores, Target, the mall?

Plus that's just in Wake Forrest. What is going to stop him from going to another town and enter their libraries and their parks?

This guy was not made to register as a sex offender in North Carolina as he was convicted in Tennesse before there was a registered sex offender registry.

Again, we have to be responsible for our own children's safety because there's tons more of this freak out there.
