Hey people ..First off iam not at all caught up on all this stuff but when i seen the name of the thread I wanted to chyme in. I didn't even think It was possible to do something like this . Maybe its because of the years gone by and changes to the law , Or maybe its because of the different locations , different states but I thought it was agains't the law to keep the body . On the police side of things i mean...The reason This even got my attention is because I followed the JBR case and there too the LE tried to do something very similar. Maybe this is something totally different , Maybe iam miss understanding something I just thought it sounded like the same kinda deal Le tried to pull on the rameys when they were accused of kidnapping JBR's remains almost for a ransom in which the LE would let them have her body back if they would come in together for a interview. John and patsy's attourneys accused the LE with trying to use JNR as a negotiating tool....I AM prolly way off on this case but it brought that situation to mind .....
