Sharon Bubes, of Evanston, IL was brutally attacked in her bedroom by an intruder with a hammer on 30 June 1966.
Although her case has been mentioned in passing many times on other threads as a possible connection with other cases, I have been unable to find much on her in internet searches, and have started this thread in the hope that others might know something and post here.
Other threads that mention Sharon Bubes are mainly the Valerie Percy case (also murdered in a 1966 home invasion) and the thread concerning the Robison Family (murdered in their vacation cabin in Michigan in 1968).
Some posters in the past have even suggested her as a possible Zodiac victim.
The best source of information on this case might be old newspaper articles.
