IIRC Sherri was an MP at one time in the Air Force.
Yep, that little girl. Bad to the Bone. Nobody should have been messing with her.
IMO

If she was awake I bet she fought like a tiger to protect her boys.

This was posted about an hour ago:
Affidavit shows growing division between Coleman and his late wife's family. . .

Interesting. Any luck in getting comments from her family? I noticed in the Belleville News Democrat, it looked as if they got a few comments. I would think that maybe the MCS might let her family know where they are going with this? Or, perhaps not?

One question, you have covered a lot of stories, does it seem like you are getting as much from MCS, LE in general, as you normally would, or, are they playing this one closer to the vest?

ETA - never mind, I thought you just signed up today and were JP

Ain't it a dang pistol ArtieG when some guy who is head of security and has a video surveillance business (what was that stuff in the back of the car?), and has tons of homes who would welcome his wife and kids to safety far away (and you can bet there were many who would have), can't get that priceless family into safety OR his own home handled with security equipment in 6-9 months.

Ain't that a stinking pistol?? (a saying from one of my relatives in St. Louis about 50 years ago.)

I'm with you ArtieG -- you were able to get things handled on security how quick?

Oh...and I don't know if you saw my earlier questions:

What were the threats, does anyone know the specifics? (death, robbery, egging, stealing the kids bicycles, why would Sheri call the school?) We hear "threats" -- what are the specifics -- what is the "proof" of threats?

If the threats were really worrisome -- what "man" would not make sure his family wasn't fully protected?

Oh yeah, these threats are important -- are there copies of them for anyone to see? How do they match up to the painting on the wall -- if there were threats, if there was painting on the wall.

Wow - I did a search on "littlesheric" and the first thing that popped up was her utube channel. And this strange video and remark:

littlesheric uploaded a new video (4 months ago)

Extreme Hunting

and then I re-looked up "Brad"

The family also is survived by: Sheri Coleman's parents, Donald Weiss of Clearwater, Fla., and Angela DeCiceo, of La Grange Park; Sheri Coleman's brother, Mario Weiss, of La Grange; Chris Coleman's parents, the Rev. Ronald and Connie Coleman, of Chester; Chris Coleman's brothers, Bradley (Jennifer) Coleman, of Chester, and Keith (Emily) Coleman, of Rogers, Ark.; and nieces, nephews, grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.

This video has been deleted as well. Hmmm.

a) I hope they do it today, and don't cancel like yesterday

b) I hope they are announcing the arrest!

c) I really really hope FoxStL carries it live, I had it on yesterday and suffered through Judge Judy, and trust me, you could interrupt her,LOL!

I think it's safe to say that with the press and publicity surrounding this case that LE has a pretty good eye on Artie's neighborhood. I'm afraid that neighborhood may take awhile to calm down though-people still know exactly which house in Belleville Dale Anderson murdered Jolaine Lanman and her 3 year old in. Small towns are like that. Luckily there are always people leaving St. Louis that don't know the notoriety and move in(in regards to the people who have their homes for sale in the neighborhood).

No kidding. People do still know that house - although I think it sold and someone is living in it now. Not sure I could do that. I would cleanse it and bless it, but, still.

I knoew, I grew up in STL and it never was a danger to me or anyone I knew, I only threw that in there for satire or the act of being saracastic. There is only about 1/10th of the city that is dangerous if you look a certain way or do something a certain way, but everything else is really safe. I am white and have been in the blackest of black areas and have been safe enough asking for directions so its just the bad people that make areas bad.

My bold... EXACTLY!!! Sorry for not catching the satire there, I get irked when my (our) city gets picked on by people who have NO clue where this data comes from and then thinks we're the worst or the worst places to live. I even feel relatively safe in North STL, since most of that crime is crime committed against people who know each other.

Anyway... off my STL soapbox... being a neighbor, do you know if CC ever told any other neighbors he had recordings of his mailbox being tampered with? Long story, but I have recordings of my neighbor kicking my dog. Couldn't figure out why my dog hated this old man, until I set up my camcorder, now I know. All the neighbors around me know I have this on tape, because we were all trying to figure out why the dog constantly growled at this guy, when he loved everyone else.

I would just like to see some development on this case. Not that the husband/father is giving another set of finger-prints either.

Something substantial! Like an arrest maybe!:behindbar

I would do the same thing if I lived there or anywhere if it happened in my neighborhood.Too bad Chris did not see fit to protect his family with an alarm:waitasec:.Also just wanted to say welcome to WS and thanks for the local info:).

Ditto! I don't get why he didn't take more drastic measures either. Before we moved in here, this neighborhood was hit by teenagers breaking into houses during the day & stealing money, tv's etc... (and i live in a very nice area, go figure). Anyway EVERYONE got alarms installed that summer! And they knew who did it and they were caught but still armed themselves with security.

This video has been deleted as well. Hmmm.

It was taken off yesterday afternoon. Some body has been busy erasing their tracks but it was already sent to Le by a smart WS member.I am sure Le made a copy to use if needed.

Hello All,

I think everyone better go get their empty dog food bags, you know the big ones -- the ones where you can insert the upper half of your bodies in them to start puking, and just keep puking and never exceed the bag limits (something I saw on a ferry in the UK).

Soon, I don't think that any of us are going to learn anything we don't partially or wholly expect, but I think that most of us are still going to want a nice sack to fill -- because we have had this sickness rising and nauseating us since the morning of the 5th.

W

PS. PLEASE WS news team in the area, make sure to have your keyboards and hands ready to pound out info to us.

I agree with you, Wrinkles, I know the local security people personally and because my last business did a big deal with them. But you woudl figure that someone within the same business would be able to get instant help. The issue is, that many of us was wondering about is actually two things: 1, wouldn't you want to get an alarm system as soon as this happened? 2, if any of you had threats against you, or family, placed into yoru mailbox, wouldn't you, say, move to a new house or at least go away and let the cops investigate the threats? My wife told me that if we were getting threats, she would leave and find another place to live for bit. The fact that they didn't get a system or didn't move away, makes it more seem that CC did it. (Or someone in the family)

Oh, wow! So you have been around for awhile on Websleuths. I started on Websleuths during the Laci Peterson case too! Another sad case.

Glad you've stepped out of lurk mode.
