Nancy thinks its BS too!!!

While I am not a Nancy Grace fan, I can only imagine how this is going to send JMM into a red alert for damage control. It will be interesting to see how it's handled. I have considered that a disturbed individual could have made those threats to CC - A religious fanatic who decided that JM was Satan's ambassador and CC was her consort. All you have to do is google "joyce Meyers False Gospel" and you'll get 10,000 or so hits. . .

Here is a link to one that is pretty rabid:

http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Wolves/joyce_meyers-heretic.htm

But then I have to ask myself, what would a lunatic do? Would someone feels compelled to take out what they have come to believe is the antichrist bypass them to murder an innocent woman and her children? I don't think so. Why not assasinate them both at the event that is coming to the area? So who would kill CC's family? A rejected lover, ala Fatal Attraction? Maybe.

IMHO, It's a long shot but CC could be innocent of this crime, but if he is, I think it's very possible that he knows who and why.

Family Friend Of Chris Coleman Hopes People Don't Rush To Judgment

Video

I sincerely hope CC is NOT the murderer and I am certainly open to other possibilities. That being said, I don't believe the "friends" of many family killers would really see it coming. If CC is the killer, he went to great lengths to cover his tracks - even LONG before the murders. That is not a sign of someone who is willing to tip their hand in any way.

Very good point about shift change. An alarm should have been first thing done after a threat IMO.

I agree... ADT is like $33 per month. Very inexpensive for peace of mind. That's like $1.03 a day.

I second his admonishment

That's what I love about WS -- we can have different views without bashing one another. And I, for one, appreciate your opinion :)

If in fact it turns out not to be CC, I'll be first in line to eat my hat. I have a way of going with my gut right off the bat (drives my husband loopy), but I can honestly admit I've rushed to judgment at times.

Big hugz,

Mel

Family Friend Of Chris Coleman Hopes People Don't Rush To Judgment

Video

Thanks for the link OBE. :)

I wonder if Chris Coleman asked him to say that or if he said it in his own opinion?

FWIW, from experience, I don't put much stock in what people THINK of a person in a situation like this. How many times have we heard this before? "He was such a nice guy, I never would have guessed he could do something like this."

"Innocent until proven guilty" is for court and in the eyes of the law.

When it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck,...............well, you get the gist.

Cheaper then a cup of coffee, but priceless if it could have saved this family.

I don't think he could do this behind her back. I believe she would have had to sign to have her name removed.

I'm still on page two so this may have been addressed a billion times already, but I was a mortgage lender for 20 years. If she was on the title, she would HAVE to sign a quit claim deed of some kind. He could not get her name off the house without her knowing about it, no matter if you are in a community property state (I worked in one) or a non-community property state (I'm in one now and have owned property with my ex-spouse here).

I've been lurking on this case because I have been glued to other cases (Tori Stafford from Canada), but SS, SuziQ, and others have this case nailed from the get-go. Nancy probably reads WS's for ideas and facts.

Where did I read it? Was it Artie that wrote about Coleman coming home and not even closing his car door running into the house to check on his family?

If a man had committed this crime, as alleged here by the majority of posters, would he also STAGE a scene such as this?

I sincerely doubt it .... the passenger door is left open as if he is in quite a hurry to get inside and check on the welfare of his loved ones.

My opinion differs. I would think he would leave door open/engine running if he knew something happened.

I don't think he would stand there, hold his hands out and say, "cuff em, I did it"

What family member murdering people usually do though, is make a public display tears and all.

I personally know of several cases where names have been removed from home titles, vehicles, retirement accounts, bank accounts, etc. All you need to do is forge a signature and find a dishonest notary public.

Or THAT! YIKES!

I believe he would yes,..............STAGE a scene like this.

Jason Young fell "plumb to his knees."

He also, Jason Young, obtained a high-profile attorney BEFORE he even arrived at the crime scene of his murdered wife. He was out of town on business and learned of his wife's brutal murder after he'd left a phone message for his wife's sister to run to the home and get something off the fax.

Of course, Jason Young is still free,................but he's the NUMBER 1 suspect in his wife's murder. It's just a matter of time before LE finally feels they have enough of convict him.

Jason has NEVER talked to LE, though. Unlike Chris Coleman who managed to get himself taken away by ambulance but then did talk to LE later that day. Of course, Jason hasn't talked to his wife's family either, just like Chris,.........oh yeah, he called them a few days later to tell them when the funeral was.................

How do you think LE got the family's phone number to call. Maybe Chris?

I know she does I have seen too many times after a discussion here same idea turns up on her show.Case in point similar stories of Stacey baby Emmas egg donor to Casey TOT MOM. And I have seen SS,SuziQ and other scoop everyone on various cases. They are amazing.

Yes Kim she did go in person and signed in front of a notary from what the media articles have stated.

Only if he was skilled as a security guard, and very UNSKILLED as an actor!!! Can you imagine, having strangled your children and wife to death and then leaving the house in a rush to "get to the gym".....only long enough to "pretend" to call home and create an excuse to call LE? If you then rush to the scene, you have already created a crisis in your mind, so I totally get leaving the car door open - it fits the picture you are painting - an ugly picture. :furious:

I beg to differ strongly!
