Only if he was skilled as a security guard, and very UNSKILLED as an actor!!! Can you imagine, having strangled your children and wife to death and then leaving the house in a rush to "get to the gym".....only long enough to "pretend" to call home and create an excuse to call LE? If you then rush to the scene, you have already created a crisis in your mind, so I totally get leaving the car door open - it fits the picture you are painting - an ugly picture. :furious:

Probably between phone calls was repeating to himself leave the door open and car running when I pull up on his 10 minute ride home.

Another thing about family member murdering people, especially spouses, is while they act the part of a grieving relative, they can't keep it up. Sometimes the facade falls even before the funeral. And that's what gets them busted. Faking grief is a survival technique for them. They know if they displayed none, it would be a red flag and be suspicious.

Let's look at some "peecies" (As in "I hate these meecies to peecies" remember that cartoon character?)

Our good Medusa (never mind her hair, she is a sweetheart) reported some things...#964, 967, 969, 976 -- she was "doing up" a quickie report on what she saw from Nancy Grace.

Seems her transcript (we await the official) says:

Oh, and MikeysMomMom -- too dang funny, yeah, when you are worried sick and calling home every few minutes after just leaving your family (whose home had no alarms despite you being the "security guy" and who "allegedly" had threats against its father for some reason -- let's see work, nothing specific -- but "work related"), how DO you get a good workout? (and why would you want one if you were worried about your family?)

So...let's cruise this.

Guy's family is okay -- he is gonna breeze off to the gym for a bit of pump. Gotta keep those muscles tidy ("I'm security, we have to fight beasties"). And...he gets out of the house -- 5:43am and, what?, immediately starts calling back home for something ("hello momma, just thought I would wake you up, even though I just got out of bed with you, want to check if all is well -- ain't nobody snuck into the house since I left a minute ago is there momma?") Then again, "Hiya momma -- you musta been away from the phone in the shower? You there? (sound of huffing on the stair thingie at the gym) -- Dang it momma you got me so worried, I have been away for 20 minutes, it is 6:03 and you have to get the kids up (like she doesn't know) -- where are you?"

So we have daddy gone for the pump, and momma not answering the phone and daddy still working on the pump (no phone call to neighbor yet? what the heck -- we're scared about momma and worrying about waking up the neighbor that jogs everyday? or the others that we have checking on the house? and we can't turn around and head home?) After all -- there have been threats (yawn!)

Then...phone call to the police at 6:50. And what time did CC get to the house and -- dang it -- would someone PLEASE tell me who found the bodies first? (oops sorry AGumshoe, you wrote: "but, the police DID NOT find the bodies!!!!!!!") Well but...5:43AM to what time did he get home? That was a quick dang murder with neighbors up and jogging and such...how did that happen the dogs didn't bark with a stranger in the neighborhood? AND and AND the murderer had time for painting! Never mind there were people out and about in that neighborhood at 6AM.

I already said it once, but will not say where I am in relation to the house. As for our area, the dogs that are near to that house and across the street, know CC and his family. so they would only bark if it was a stranger. If CC was doing all of this himself, the dogs would not bark. Secondly, I don't know the exact time of what the nighbor told me, all I know is that he said he was stanidng and watching the whole event unfold and CC ran inside to find his wife and kids dead. He did leave the car door open and the engine running. What I said before is this: if the cops were there first, they would have taped off the area immediately and when CC arrived they would have walked him into the house, slowly. They would not have let him drive into the driveway, open the garage door from his car, then leave his door open. He did all of this because he did not get his family when he called home.

I was told that CC DID roll in the grass. Furthermore, I was there at 8:30, when I asked neighbors and others, there was no mention of CC going to the gym, that morning. That information didn't present itself until around noon, when CC changed his story from working that night to going to the gym. So, I can't tell you anything different than what I heard from people who witnessed the outside events.

Also, there is a community camera at the entrance. So the perp either entered via vehicle (which would be caught on camera). This camera should also confirm when CC came home (and perhaps even left).

OR,

Perp snuck thru the bushes (if any) broke in the house, murdered 3 people, took the time to write on the wall -- all while NOT knowing when dear hubby is going to come walking in. Then has to figure out an exit plan with people leaving for work, jogging, making coffee, picking up the morning paper and without a single dog making a sound as the perp leaves the neighborhood. Oh, and he HAS to miss that camera focused on the mailbox. Don't forget - never leave footprints in the grass. Oh, my bad - the neighbor mowed the lawn right in front of LE.

I also noticed he is very fair in coloring so am I if I cry for more then 10 minutes I look a wreck for days .Eyes swell up look kinda purple just saying

I don't intend to take my words back. If CC is innocent, I have all of the faith in the world that LE will know that, and find the right culprit. There should be CLEAR video camera images of the murderer because CC....the 'security guard', i.e. expert, had installed them to protect his family. Where are the pictures???? I want to see them. If I were CC, I would fully EXPECT to be a suspect in the murder of my family....who I was obviously having problems with. Given the fact that they were murdered - when I wasn't at work - and when I just happened to become concerned enough to call for a wellness check while working out at the gym....just before I show up, and leave my car door open as I run into the home to find them dead. Followed by me rolling around on the lawn, ya da ya da ya da..... This whole thing has stunk to High Heaven from day one!

If in fact it turns out not to be CC, I'll be first in line to eat my hat. I have a way of going with my gut right off the bat (drives my husband loopy), but I can honestly admit I've rushed to judgment at times.

Well, it is only rumor, LOL, taken from ANOTHER blog, where-by a 'neighbor' said LE located part of the vcr on the route that would have been Chris to the gym.

Now, that would lead me to believe there is NO tape.

Like I said, I would 'term' this a RUMOR until LE tells us it's a fact. But they were looking along the route to the gym.

You know, we should start a no discussion thread with all the videos from all the cases where the perp displayed shock awe and grief and later ended up with LWOP or DP.

Welcome, and thanks for the information. Can you confirm this is a secured neighborhood? Meaning is there a security camera at the entrance that records all visitors? Is it a gated community (like mine, where you have to enter a code). Also, is there an exit camera?

One more question. Is this a one way in/out community -- meaning people have to enter and exit at one location only.

I have considered that a disturbed individual could have made those threats to CC - A religious fanatic who decided that JM was Satan's ambassador and CC was her consort. All you have to do is google "joyce Meyers False Gospel" and you'll get 10,000 or so hits. . .

But then I have to ask myself, what would a lunatic do? Would someone feels compelled to take out what they have come to believe is the antichrist bypass them to murder an innocent woman and her children? I don't think so. Why not assasinate them both at the event that is coming to the area? So who would kill CC's family? A rejected lover, ala Fatal Attraction? Maybe.

IMHO, It's a long shot but CC could be innocent of this crime, but if he is, I think it's very possible that he knows who and why.

have thought it was him all along............ from day one!!!! like you said ruthies2much, why would he have called 911 before calling family, neighbors, or heading home from the GYM himself?? kinda fishy! also when it was mentioned that she took her name off the deed 2 weeks prior to the murder kinda made me think it was him. maybe thre were marital problems and he just couldnt handle it! rumor around columbia that he was a womans body guard and the person trying to get to the woman had left threatening letters at his residence saying he will get him back and went and this was a result of that but why would have have killed the children and not just the wife?? MAYBE BECAUSE THE CHILDREN KNEW WHO THE KILLER WAS............ THEIR OWN FATHER! pretty sad!

Not idle gossip or even angry words just discussing whats already been in print.Trying to make some sense out of yet another sickening tragic murder of not just a Mother but her 2 adorable sons who had every right to enjoy a full and natural GOD given life.All I want is Justice for them , they deserve it as do so many others.
