I saw a post @ sltoday.com that claimed he was fired (early this a.m.) but KiKi posted an article this afternoon that said he was confronted by JMM (failure to to comply with policy) and he resigned.

So - in my mind, that's as good as being fired....in a backwards sort of way. ;)[/QUOTE

IMO the "resignation" story was agreed upon by both parties for both of them to save face. JMM to protect her reputation for not abandoning a loved employee (as per their own press release last week) in a time of need by firing him; and CC to not have even more suspicion thrust upon him by being fired. However you just have to read between the lines to see what's really going on... JMM is distancing herself and her empire from this big time!

I think you are all over it, Stella....not to mention that she probably had an attorney advising her on all this too.

And here we have again murder that effects a *lot* of people -- not just immediate families & friends....a 'scandal' involving a minister, even peripherally, could be very damaging.

Speaking of the high powered attorneys, would it be possible for LE to find out if CC did a search for their names prior to the murders? Home or work computer maybe?

It is not certain that is the same person .. same name.. I regret now posting that and I wont' be the source of misinformation again!

I didn't see your picture, but I did see a picture posted by someone that was her. It was taken at a place that started with an S.
If both of you would re-post your pictures, lots of people here are excellent at identification. All part of sleuthing, taken in stride.
IMO

No, not at all! The threats were in "relation to his employment with JMM".

Even if the brown envelope arrived :) .. and this is ONLY a scenario .. CC could have denied the allegation but can't any longer .... thus violation of a policy and termination.

I don't know! :) I'm still stuck on "threats in relationship to his employment with JMM" and I believe the threats were valid and real.

I'll even venture that the killer had such rage and hatred towards Coleman as to not only kill his wife and children but to plan the act methodically and purposefully so as to implicate Coleman.

I just don't buy Coleman painting messages on his own walls.

My bold... Why not? Jeffrey MacDonald wrote "Pig" in his own wife's blood on his walls.

Guys, here's what I don't get: Chris's coworkers and friends at JMM see something totally different than what we see. They are calm, patient and convinced that Chris had nothing to do with it.

Also, heard from a guy that was close to Sheri and Chris and his words were that "Chris cried and cried at the visitation and wouldn't let go of me." Odd.

And you believe someone would resort to murder instead of writting a letter that would have had the same effect? If this mysterious killer just wrote JM she would have fired CC, then he would of had to explain To SC she probably would have tossed him out on his ear.Same result CC would have lost his family his house half of any paycheck and all church members would know he was committing adultery. No one would have a jail sentence over their head.Makes no sense to me at all.

People do repeatedly deny allegations against them ... until the truth is revealed. Perhaps the revelation was the "final straw".

Most certainly! Check out a little local company called Ispirian.

Because someone else did does apply universally :)

I grouped your various posts / synopsis, hope that was okay. WOW, ty so much Gitana1 for this. People just starting to read this story will be so thankful for your hard work. Brings me a lot more up to speed. :blowkiss:

Your very welcome. The only thing missing was the last point I put that was not in quotes which is really freaky to me. That's about the youtube video of Chris's brother strangling a deer and apparently getting some real pleasure from it. People who viewed it stated that Chris may have been present. If not, surely he knew about the video.

If you look at the beginning of this case, you will see that yes, neighbors witnessed his "over the top" reaction. If it was in his nature to react to things in such a manner, how do you explain his behavior at the graves of his beautiful babies?

I'm not sure anyone whose cat has died would be suspected of murdering said cat. However, as I said last night, I have grieved for lost pets longer than 8 days. If I lost my husband and children in one fell swoop, I would be on my knees in sorrow indefinitely. And no, I would not have the presence of mind to hire 2 high-powered defense attorneys.

When my best friend Misty died she was my rottweiler I had raised for 10 yrs I also fell to the ground crying my heart out. When we buried her I laid on top of her graves sobbing like a manic. Its been 2 years this mothers day ,I was in the super market last week saw an old friend she asked me how Misty was I got all choked up and could not wait to get in my car to cry.

That is NOT true. My wife was at the visitation and I can name at least 20 others who were there that did not witness any remorse at all.

If CC didn't do this, why isn't his lawyer or a family spokesperson stating that the "real killer" will be brought to justice?

*Doesn't* most certainly not. Just saying, it does happen, it has happened, and looks like it has happened again. JMHO

A couple of questions if anyone can help out.

Is it true that CC purchased more life insurance on his wife in 12/08?

When you talk about a DVR being stolen....are you talking about a DVR that records television shows ( ) or a DVR that is camera equipment?

Thanks!

I hate to quote myself...but....:boohoo:

Can anyone answer these for me. Thanks.

I was told the same thing by my BFF's MIL who was there.

And where is that reward?...oh yeah, they spent it on that attorney.

Please note: I'm not saying what he said was true. Just passing along what these folks at JMM are saying. It kindof makes me question what they know that I don't and also it makes me feel wierd about how passive they are. It's as though what we see isn't going on at all. The girlfriend/affair thing? "He messed up like a lot of men. Doesn't make him a murderer." True but still. I don't know. Wierd. They're acting so strange...maybe I'm the strange one.

I was going to answer you earlier and forgot... SS!

There is a rumor that life insurance was purchased then. It was posted on boards all over the place. It was also posted that it was cancelled in April. Through the grapevine here, I also heard there was life insurance. Time will tell as LE has said nothing about it.

The DVR missing records camera activity. It's not a camcorder, it records to a hard drive. Kind of like a Tivo, but it records camera activity and not a TV.

HTH

The life insurance hasn't been confirmed and the DVR was for the camera. Also not confirmed.
